Holiday rentals with beach access in İzmir

The house was sparkling clean. All the items were sufficient.

It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It’s close to everything you would want as a tourist and all the restaurants and stores made me feel like a local. The apartment is clean and has every amenity you could ask for. Excellent experience.

the view of the house was really great. The city lights at night provide a very nice view. It is enough to set the air conditioning to a temperature of 25-27 degrees for the temperature of the house. Hot water is provided in the bathroom with a water heater, it is useful to be cautious, but it provides enough shower time. It is very close to the city, but there is no sound of the city. I recommend you to go through the back road, which is available enough for the parking space. Mr. Hüsnü has a friendly and caring approach. He immediately took care of the mishaps and returned.

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

Mr. Bahri was a very hospitable host. We stayed in a sparkling clean, centrally located house. We had everything we needed. In the most preferred place of new Foca, it was very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores. As a home we always wanted to stay in, it went on to our listings. 🙏🥰

This is my first time using Airbnb, so I have little experience. But Mr. Ümit deserves the title of a great host to the fullest. The location is very nice and peaceful. There are beautiful places nearby, especially the art street. If you need to relax, you can choose with peace of mind.

The house was clean and tidy . All the supplies needed were complete.

We took the opportunity for the holiday and stayed at Ms. Nühal's house for 5 days. The house was enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Ms. Nühal's friendly hospitality made us all happy. Since the weather is not fully heated yet, we realized that we would be cold in the evening, Ms. Nühal provided a stove in a short time. Since the floors are marble, I recommend bringing slippers with you when you come.

It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

We felt at home during our stay, everything was perfect. The location of the house was in a very decent compound and was close enough to the beach. Deniz and Ms. Fatoş were very interested. We were especially satisfied with the cleanliness, everything was disinfected and sparkling clean. Even though we went earlier than the check-in time, they let us put our luggage, Ms. Fatoş was very helpful with everything. You can come and stay with peace of mind:)

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The view of the sea and the sunset from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It feels like home away from home. There is everything available that you need. If you have trouble finding the place ask someone on the street. The host is very friendly and helpful

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. We were very comfortable in this lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, air conditioners in every room, very clean. It was quiet and at the same time close to the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We were offered a really safe and immaculate accommodation during our holiday process by Mr. Ekim and his mother, Ms. Türkan. The house was very clean and had adequate amenities. We found the location easily; we stayed comfortably as if it were our own home. Thank you 🌸

Ben's house was in a very good place in terms of location, the description of the house was very good until the place of the key, it was very nice when the description was followed, everything was close to the beaches, the location was close to the beaches, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on average, everything is very comfortable, the restaurants were very nice in the evenings. It takes 5-6 minutes by taxi to the center of Çeşme, very comfortable location, the house was very nice. I helped us a lot with everything, thank you very much, we are already making our next year vacation plan for this place. I think it's very affordable in terms of price. There is a boat tour nearby, we used them in the center of Çeşme, the time is very fun, thank you very much for everything.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 of 10 :)

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
