It was a very nice house and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful stay with two separate sections has been renovated from a classic stone house. We loved that it was peaceful, quiet, and a home in touch with nature. Our host Patrick is very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful with anything and responds to any questions and needs immediately. We would definitely recommend it to those who will go to Chios. If we go back one day, we would definitely prefer Patrick's house again. Thanks so much dear Patrick

Ezgi had prepared a very comfortable, clean and historical house for us. Everything was thought out in advance and even though we arrived early, we were handed over the key in a short time. The location is within walking distance of everything in the city center of Izmir, but since the nightlife is very lively, it can be noisy for those who are looking for a quiet stay. It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay in a historical Greek house!

We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We felt at home during our stay, everything was perfect. The location of the house was in a very decent compound and was close enough to the beach. Deniz and Ms. Fatoş were very interested. We were especially satisfied with the cleanliness, everything was disinfected and sparkling clean. Even though we went earlier than the check-in time, they let us put our luggage, Ms. Fatoş was very helpful with everything. You can come and stay with peace of mind:)

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. Mr. Suat and Ms. Bahar are wonderful people, their businesses are immaculate and peaceful. We incredibly enjoyed the stone houses, the garden is very well-maintained. But their hospitality gets in front of the beauty of Foça, we understand how much we long for such elegant people. I look forward to seeing you again at the first opportunity. Between stays with large groups in different countries, I've encountered a small number of hosts who care so much about the needs of guests. Just because I can't find availability in the future, we liked it enough to be afraid to comment well. The house was fully equipped for 8 people with kitchen supplies, table, chairs, board games. It was 5 minutes away by walking to the sea. Although it was early October, we were able to benefit from the sea and pool. Since there are restaurants and markets around, it was possible to go out or order home. We definitely plan to be a guest again. Thank you again.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

We spent 4 nights during New Year's Eve in this beautiful house. First of all, it was very clean and decorated with special care for the New Year. The hosts are a very friendly couple and they welcomed us very well, they made the house warm before we arrived. In addition to the air conditioners, we lit the fireplace, it was smooth and heated nicely. It was a very peaceful house, we felt like we had officially returned home from the outside. The bathrooms , beds, linens were very nice and clean. We ended our vacation sure to come back again. Thank you so much to the hosts, we look forward to going again.

It was very convenient to both the Urla pier and the center. We had an overly peaceful day. Having projection and wifi in the house was a big plus, the biggest plus was Nina, the world's beautiful dog. Great place, great location, clean, and versatile for large groups. The beds are pretty hard, and it is hard to find space for your luggage. Washer and dryer are very nice. I was so happy with our stay here. Super easy check in, and really great host to work with. We had a big group and it was so hard to coordinate many different schedules, and this host just made it so much easier for me by being flexible. It made a HUGE difference.

The place is cozy, clean and has everything you need.

I don't know how many times I preferred this house, the peace of this house is completely different ,very comfortable, and the interest is a quick solution, Mr. Cloud is very helpful, thanks to them. Since we had the most enjoyable moments with my family, we return happily every time and you definitely need to stay in a house where we will definitely stay more to understand the difference

I had a very peaceful week with my dog Rika. Everything was great and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping my wine, especially in the evening view of the full moon.
