It was a very nice house and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful stay with two separate sections has been renovated from a classic stone house. We loved that it was peaceful, quiet, and a home in touch with nature. Our host Patrick is very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful with anything and responds to any questions and needs immediately. We would definitely recommend it to those who will go to Chios. If we go back one day, we would definitely prefer Patrick's house again. Thanks so much dear Patrick

Great host worth every penny

We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. Mr. Suat and Ms. Bahar are wonderful people, their businesses are immaculate and peaceful. We incredibly enjoyed the stone houses, the garden is very well-maintained. Between stays with large groups in different countries, I've encountered a small number of hosts who care so much about the needs of guests. Just because I can't find availability in the future, we liked it enough to be afraid to comment well. The house was fully equipped for 8 people with kitchen supplies, table, chairs, board games. It was 5 minutes away by walking to the sea. Although it was early October, we were able to benefit from the sea and pool. Since there are restaurants and markets around, it was possible to go out or order home. We definitely plan to be a guest again. Thank you again.

A night in Urla turned into a great night in this small but thoughtfully furnished house. The house was spotless, the details were thoughtfully thought out and peaceful. However, what really made this experience unforgettable was Ms. Belma's gracious mother, Ms. Rabia. We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

We spent 4 nights during New Year's Eve in this beautiful house. First of all, it was very clean and decorated with special care for the New Year. The hosts are a very friendly couple and they welcomed us very well, they made the house warm before we arrived. In addition to the air conditioners, we lit the fireplace, it was smooth and heated nicely. It was a very peaceful house, we felt like we had officially returned home from the outside. The bathrooms , beds, linens were very nice and clean. We ended our vacation sure to come back again. Thank you so much to the hosts, we look forward to going again.

We stayed at Imre's place as a family with a 7-year-old son for 7 days. I was a super sweet and friendly landlady. My flight from Germany arrived late in Izmir and Imre was available at all times and it was no problem to check in until 11 p.m. She responded super quickly to questions and was always nice. The apartment was a dream,just like the pictures. It was very tasteful and lovingly decorated and there was really nothing missing. Wi-Fi was available in the accommodation and even detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo,shower gel. The accommodation is right on the beach and is quietly located. It was a great stay and we would love to come back in the summer.

Outstanding place in the heart of Izmir! walking distance to the bazaar. also, just 50M from a main street with easy access to taxis. a walk down the hill gets you to the light rail and the ferry. super convenient. the roof top terrace and garden are the perfect spot to relax. tons of space for everyone. very secure. excellent host! highly recommended. i am going to stay here again on my next trip to Izmir next year.
