Monthly Rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

I stayed in the apartment for six weeks. I found it to be exactly as the pictures show. I felt at home comfortable in the space and neighbourhood. It's a fairly quiet part of Greenpoint but it's close enough to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the ferry to get to Manhattan, or take the subway. The traffic on the nearby road means there is some noise which I'm sensitive to so sometimes I used earplugs to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and the kitchen has a coffee machine. I'm a single female and felt safe in the area and in the building. Ziggi communicated well with me throughout. I definitely recommend the space and I'd say it's great value and good home base from which to explore NYC.

Great flat and amazing location - close to loads of great bars and restaurants and Mccaren park is lovely to wander to. Jean Marc was very helpful and responsive at every stage of the booking. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is a real gem, with Evelyn being a great host, the neighbourhood is safe and beautiful with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Still the place is quiet and has privacy, clean and decorated with love and attention to details, extremly well equipped. There is all you need for a comfortable stay, be it short or for a longer period. I stayed for six weeks and enjoyed every day. Many thanks for such a fantastic stay.

Yaniv and Vanessa’s little studio was an amazing home away from home for a month. The location was amazing being literally 30 seconds from the subway, and there’s lots of restaurants and groceries within the block. The space was small but cozy and clean, and I felt right at home. It was quiet, and I also felt secure and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in New York.
