Townhouse holiday rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at Nicolette 's beautiful unit as it was so close and in walking distance to where our Son and family lived. There are so many Restaurants nearby, a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's. We also enjoyed the sandwiches from Brooklyn Gourmet, pizza from Roberta's as well as the many ice cream shops. Nicolette provided some delicious snacks like Biscotti, Nougat, Chocolate with caramel, bottled water, and even had a Brita water pitcher. We were able to also watch Netflix on their Smart TV and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals or have espresso in the morning. Hope Nicolette's place will be available the next time we visit Brooklyn.

I highly recommend this home away from home! The place is massive and the outside is gorgeous! Also great for families with young kids!! Love love love!

This is a great airbnb in NYC! My family was really impressed by how clean the space was. Martha and Dylan were very responsive and nice too - during check-in, they told us where we should park and what was nearby. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Litza's place. Beautiful spacious apartment, well equipped and warm. The location was utterly perfect for us as people who wanted to explore NYC whilst also being able to come back at the end of the day to somewhere quiet and relaxing. Litza and Arty were both very friendly and welcoming and also just left us to get on with our holiday. The area was really terrific. Five minutes to the subway and then New York is at your feet. 20 mins to Times Square. We also discovered the Astoria Ferry terminal which is a great way to get yourselves up and down the East River. There's lots of great grocery shops (we ate in mostly) we visited one diner but ate from some street vendors too, but there was plenty of lively restaurants if thats what you want. One of us hadn't been in NYC for 35 years and the other had never been before and we felt that we had really fallen on our feet with with Litza's place. Definitely thinking of returning - strongly recommend - thanks.

Anthony was a terrific host. His place is designed and decorated in a lovely and thoughtful way and we felt right at home there. We enjoyed looking at the guest notebook that clearly outlined all directions and gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We'll be back!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Last-minute find that turned out to be exactly what I needed ! Elizabeth was super accommodating and the check in and out process was easy.

The hosts did an amazing job of communicating and answering all my questions quickly. The place was clean and very comfortable. The Airbnb was close to the train station which made it really easy to get to our destinations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Bowen's home. The place is so nice and we felt really at home. Commuting to Manhattan was also easy via the J line.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was great. Very close to the subway, and a lot of things to check out in the area that were walkable distance. Kitchen was very clean, bedroom had. A lot of space and so did the bathroom. I think the back yard was one of favorite parts. So big and beautiful. Artemie was a wonderful host and extremely hospitable. He always responded when we had any questions, and made us feel like we were home. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we ever decide to come back to Brooklyn. 10/10

There’s free parking spot so that’s a plus. Donna was flexible with check in since we’re going to New York and going back to New Jersey so that was nice. Place look really nice and clean. Instructions were clear. This is a recommended place for people with a big family or group.

This was a great place to stay! The bed was very comfortable. It is just a 5 minute walk from the subway which made it very easy to get around. We were there in the winter and the heating system worked really well and heated the place very quickly. The host always responded to messages quickly before and during our stay.

It was so comfortable and nice place for a family of four. The surroundings were safe and quiet, the bedding was clean, and the kitchen was equipped with utensils for cooking. It was a place I would like to stay for a long time.

Andre’s place was beautiful and a perfect stay for our family. It was decorated for the holiday which was a pleasant surprise. As we entered the home, Christmas music was playing and it really set the tone for the weekend.

Great place, loved the setup, outside part was amazing. Looked like everything in the pictures already planned on recommending this place to my friends & plan on booking it again at some point in the future definitely a great place to stay

This was a wonderful place, in a really good location for us to visit our friend that lived nearby. The appliances and furniture were nicer than what you usually see in an Airbnb. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Dennis and Erica’s brownstone is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, there were several easily walkable subway stations and lots of great restaurants (many of them recommended by our hosts!). Our hosts were very responsive when we did have questions. We would love to stay here again and we’re spoiled for any future stays in New York!

I had a wonderful stay at Merlon’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to Manhattan and American Dream mall. Merlon was incredibly hospitable, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at Douglas and Monica’s apartment. The space itself was beautifully decorated and furnished. Only a short walk to the subway and close to some great restaurants, jazz club, a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The hosts provided clear instructions and helpful neighbourhood suggestions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Richard was very helpful and provided good advice. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We relished the heated floor in the bathroom on a cold winter weekend! The location is very close to some key Brooklyn attractions. Highly recommend!
