Holiday houses in Brooklyn

This stay was perfect for us - older couple visiting from Texas. The apartment afforded us the flexibility of being together when we wanted to, and work on our own in privacy when we needed or wanted to. It is located in a real neighborhood, so that the staff of the bodega around the corner gave us a friendly hello when we shopped for groceries, and after a week one of the neighbors gave us a friendly wave. To my mind, it is much better than a Manhattan midtown hotel. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. We used the laundry room, which was as spotless as the rest of the place, and the washer/dryer combo seemed brand new and was easy to use. We stayed a week, but could have stayed longer. Sebastian responded quickly and helpfully the one time we needed help with a random issue. We did not get to meet him, but communication was seamless. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

Richard is a great host, flexible, responsive, and proactive. The apartment is well-located for visiting New York, just a 10-minute walk from Newport Station. It's also a great place for gatherings, thanks to its spacious living room. Just two things for guests to keep in mind: - While there are plenty of parking spots on the street, the limit is two hours. For longer stays, you'll need to use a private parking facility. - The pull-out bed in the living room is somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great place to stay when visiting New York. We highly recommend it!

Peter’s apartment was just perfect for our stay as a family of four. Easy to find, just a 2–3 minute walk to the PATH train. Really easy to get into Manhattan, also lots of nice restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk to the harbour where you can see amazing views of Manhattan, day or night (recommend the night view). The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the beds were gorgeous. All-in-all the perfect base for our NYC adventures.

Great stay for our family of four. All amenities you could possibly think of. Thoughtful in the details. We felt right at home!

I really enjoyed my stay at Alex and Jessica‘s place. The location was perfect for visiting my family in Hoboken and travel into New York City. Very close to transportation and many great restaurants. The apartment was clean and smelled very fresh when I arrived. It was cozy and quiet and just what I needed.

It's a great place to stay when visiting Manhattan, and it is a short walk to the subway station. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything for a couple. The big plus is a free parking spot. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Great accommodation. Super clean and very quiet. No noise from above or from the street. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Also easy to get to NYC. Fantastic communications with host. Will be back.

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

Nice location and good price, easy to get to NYC with PATH.
