Monthly Rentals in Emporio

There were two of us in November and it was perfect for us. Katerina is a super friendly host and we immediately felt comfortable there and the atmosphere of the Airbnb is really very pleasant and we definitely try to come back. We had a rental car but were often on foot because everything is accessible, you just go for a while. The house is also really very old and brushed out of stones which have been plastered and probably because you just feel comfortable. We had a very nice time and we have a lot of positive memories from there!

We loved our stay at this airbnb! It is located in a beautiful authentic village with lots of cozy shops, cafes, restaurants and friendly cats. The host was lovely and responsive to our questions; they helped us get there from the airport. The nearest beach is a 40 minute walk away; the walk is definitely doable but it is challenging due to the heat (we only did the walk once and took buses from then on). We were worried about coming here without a car but the public bus services are great in Santorini, it’s cheap and easy to get around. There’s a bus going to the closest beach (Perissa) and also buses to Fira, from where you can take lots of different buses to different parts of the island. Overall, we loved this place and preferred it a lot more over the more popular and expensive Oia or Fira. Thank you! :)

Argyroula’s place was pristine with everything described plus free tea, coffee, drinks and bottles of mineral water (by choice). His communication is top notch and quick to respond. His place is 15 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to a big supermarket with all needs. Also, with the cheapest things around the area. In front of the supermarket is a public transport. Restaurant is near the supermarket as well. Pharmacy is 10 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay!
