We had a great holiday! The place was lovely and just the perfect fit for what we were hoping for. Very clean and functional. We really enjoyed the location and how close to public transportation it was. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing trip in Edinburgh!

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Edinburgh - in easy reach of all the city has to offer. Spacious & beautifully furnished - I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit - we had a party of 6 and still found it had plenty of room to accommodate. I would certainly come back when we visit again.

Lesleys apartment was a great based for our trip. The apartment was warm ,clean and the breakfast and beverages were a lovely touch. There is lots of coffee shops and restaurants on the same street then around the corner we were on the royal mile which was so handy . It's only a 10 minute walk to waeverly station. I'd definitely stay at Lesleys's again .

Staying in Julie’s place was an absolute highlight for my family trip in Edinburgh!!! We enjoyed every moment in her well-decorated flat! Check-in and out is very smooth, the entire flat is complete with everything that one would need for a household. The in-person warm welcome from the host feels different and much appreciated as compared to majority of the Airbnb host nowadays that uses a self-check in system. The cozy atmosphere and the extra whisky gave us a truly Scottish experience in Edinburgh. We wished we could’ve stayed there a few more days longer!

Absolutely loved our stay in Edinburgh and this apartment. Close to absolutely everything but still quiet and private. Very comfortable and cosy. Loved people watching from the window. The house is located on the Royal Mile street, 10 minutes walk to Victoria Street, 15 minutes walk to Princes Street and Carlton Hill, the house is surrounded by many supermarkets, restaurants, bars and convenient facilities. The room is quiet around the room, the room is neat and clean, the owner provides detailed and timely information, it is easy to find, it is a good trip to Edinburgh.

Relaxing city centre location

We booked Gail's place a year in advance of our visit. The location was very important, access to transport and walkable cafes and food stores were important. Gail helpfully provided advice on how to navigate the car parking zone. Having the park outside the front door was lovely, lots of dogs to watch playing in the off leash area. Inside, we 4 settled in quickly, everything was easy to find and use. It was January and so we were happy to use the powerful electric fire. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had the best nights' sleep. We used the kitchen quite a lot, everything was easy to find and use. The bathroom is small but just fine, plenty of heat in the shower unit. We put the shower curtain through the washer as there was some mold on the inside.. no big deal at all. My two artists/design friends loved the decor, the colours and the variety of art on display Gail was able to accommodate us extending our stay, we had such a good time in Edinburgh.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, Jing was really helpful with all check in information. Very clean with great facilities, would definitely stay her again as it was very affordable and easily slept 8 people. Very quiet area with regular buses into town and bathrooms were great as well with good hot water and big shower.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had a great stay at Daniela’s Lindean cottage style flat. So clean and well equipped. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Right next to Leith Links park for walking our wee dog Eddie. Great communication from Daniela and team. Information folder accurate. We even went to the wee cafe/restaurant Bijou which is about 200 metres from the front door, lovely food and great service.

Ronnie’s house was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was available at the property, which was in a great location for getting into the City centre. Ronnie was a great host, he was very welcoming and prior to our arrival his communications were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would stay again if we needed to.
