Our house is absolutely perfect for family/extended family time in Edinburgh. This spacious house in a superb location provides the ideal base to explore the sights. Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

Please be aware that there is a separate apartment below with separate access and parking. A log burning stove, (first bag provided) will warm up your comfy sitting room quickly, after a busy day in the beautiful city of Edinburgh just 10kms to the north. We are surrounded by woodland walks on country tracks, with very little traffic.
