Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

Lovely house. Very nicely done up. Great kitchen and bathroom. Was travelling with colleagues for work, so happy to have a comfy place to be : )

Lisa was so friendly and accommodating, even messaging helpful tips for everything we needed and changing our booking twice because we just didn’t want to leave. Lovely place, private with amazing views. We definitely will be back to stay.

good, clean house and in a quiet location

Sylvia’s place was epic. Awesome location in St Clair; so close to the beach and cafes. Beautifully renovated with Byron Bay vibes. Every amenity under the sun and awesome extras if you have kids. Sylvia was super responsive and friendly.

Anna’s home has an extremely welcoming atmosphere, she keeps it incredibly clean. Our sheets were crisp and fresh. The kitchen dining area was our favorite place to hang out with its beautiful view of the hills and homely atmosphere. I would 100% stay here again. Anna is a lovely lady and her kindness and helpful attitude shine through in this lovely home.

We stayed the second time at Karen,s place because we liked it. Quiet neighborhood, unit separate entrance, small kitchen dining area separate by a door from main bedroom. Loved the interior dekoration. shower good pressure. And the best was being able to have little French Bulldog girl Mocha with us. she was comfortable in the kitchen area.

Fabulous location, a lovely oasis out of the city hustle, but right amongst it when you walk outside. Amazing history in the building which was really interesting. Beautiful art everywhere, great restoration job.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Anna, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we felt right at home. The property was immaculate—clean, tidy, and filled with natural light. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, adding to the overall comfort. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short drive from Dunedin’s town center and conveniently situated between the airport and local shops. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the rear of the house, overlooking a well-maintained garden with mature trees and lush borders. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thank you, Anna! We look forward to staying here again.

The house is very lovely and the location is superb. We really enjoyed being close to the playground, beach and restaurants! The home is a bit older and the door to the restroom doesn’t close all the way which was a bit awkward for a blended family. All said, we recommend the home!

We loved the character of the Professors House. An extremely relaxing home and great views with lots of great places to explore in the near surrounding area.

Great location, nice private little cottage, nice to be able to bring the dog with parks just across the street and everywhere no more than 10 minute drive. Easy parking, easy access and super helpful host.

Loved the character and all the cool old things to look at on walls. comfy, clean and handy to the racecourse and the pub!

Matts house was just what we needed to celebrate new year, the house had so much character and Matt was very responsive when needed such a great few days definitely one for the family to remember.

Paul's place is really smart and all the little details have been considered - lovely lighting, nice toiletries, everything you need in the kitchen. Really handy to have lots of useful things for microwave cooking like pyrex dishes. The sauna and spa are a really nice touch and gives you something to do if they weather isn't the best. Thanks Paul!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alvin's place. Alvin met us outside upon arrival and walked us through the house explaining everything. It is a 150 year old house and there are some quirks. For example, the house runs on rainwater. But it all worked great...Alvin is a plumber by trade! There is a stand-alone bath house out back that has a great shower and Jacuzzi tub. I took a hot, relaxing soak the night we arrived. There were some foodstuffs already provided and the kitchen has tons of gadgets like a pizza oven and an air fryer. It's equipped to cook. I took a walk right out the front door and onto the bank of the Taieri River and down to the extreme top of the beach that juts into the Taieri Mouth. Absolutely stunning! That being said, it's not for everyone. after all, it's a 150 year old house that has quirks. If you like history, you'll love it. If you need all new modernism for your stay, it may not suit you. Choose with this knowledge and enjoy!! Alvin is great!
