Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dunedin

It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Jill’s place is and what a perfect host she is. It’s a gem. Anyone who has the opportunity to rent it, should right away. The place is beautiful, and she’s thought of every detail — large and small. She checks in to make sure you have everything you need — but she respects your privacy at all times. The view and garden are even more beautiful than the photos show. It’s away from the hustle and bustle but just a 10 minute drive to great restaurants. There is a market and cafe walking distance down the hill. If I ever find myself in this part of the world again, I hope to be lucky enough to stay at Jill’s guest suite again. Wish I could give more than five stars.

Pleasant big airy studio room with independent access. Good sized shower room and toilet. It was nice to have coffee outside on the little terrace in the late morning sun. Very quiet residential area, easy parking and good transport to and from central Dunedin. I walked (downhill and then flat) all the way into the centre in under half an hour, passing through a park and by the sea. Amongst helpful suggestions from Caroline, I particularly enjoyed: the Settlers Museum, the Museum of Otago and the Botanical Gardens. In the other direction, roads take you straight out to the Peninsula.

Blimeys was the perfect escape, the weather was moody but it just added to the atmosphere! The cooking facilities were fantastic! Loved everything about this stay especially our friends the sheep 🐑 Thanks for having us

We had a great time at the cute and cosy wee blue house on the hill :) Loved the deck with the view of greenery and water. The hot tub was great on a chilly day! Nice wood fire to warm the place, full kitchen, well equipped, comfy bed... Oh and a nice little walk from the boat shed along the coastline towards the open ocean. Would have been lovely to swim from the boat shed on a hotter day ;-) Relaxing stay. Thanks Lisa :)

This is such an awesome spot. It feels very secluded but is very easy to get to and is close to lots of other awesome spots. Waking up to the view and birdsongs is such a treat. Definitely recommended and you have to give the outdoor bath a go - well worth the effort!

House is just as it seems in the photos! The views of the sunset from the conservatory are something else! Amazing sound system downstairs, so good my partner demand we get the same one at home lol the living room is beautiful!

Such a gem of a home with the most beautiful views all around. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Michael for your hospitality.
