Exactly how it is shown at the pictures. The entrance may look a bit old, but the rest is perfect modern standard. It was very clean and had heating in every room. For that price, the offer is very good!

We loved our short stay at Liz’s place and very much hope to visit again Moeraki is within easy driving distance for us and it was great to be able to be at the coast within two hours journey from home We enjoyed this spik and span little Cottage and loved the quirky Seaside decor We enjoyed walking on the beach and had two lovely meals at the local Tavern We managed to navigate the smart TV and could use our own Netflix account there which we found convenient We appreciated being able to bring our pets both of whom had a lovely holiday as well as we usually cannot take our pets with us so thank you Liz for making our holiday so enjoyable

Beautiful home in very clean condition. Kitchen is well equipped.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and well stocked and there is plenty of place for everyone. The location can't be beat! Walking just a few minutes gets you to St. Clair beach, the Esplanade with shops and restaurants, and the St. Clair Salt Water Pool. Sylvia communicates well and was flexible when we needed to modify our reservation. We've had a wonderful time here and hope to be back soon.

What a great place to base yourself and explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. So close to Omarama and of course Aoraki. So well equipped with everything you need and in great condition. Would definitely recommend

Craig's place was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, including our host - Harry the cat! Mosgeil is a friendly wee place, a quiet haven from the busyness of Dunedin and a good base for exploring the Peninsula. The weather even came right too!

Tastefully furnished, warm and comfortable accommodation where I was able to have my small dog with me. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom very nice too. Well equipped little kitchenette. Great location in walking distance of beautiful St Claire beach. Karin was friendly and the place was quiet. I would highly recommend this. I really enjoyed my stay.

Amazing little find! So much to do. Stayed here for Christmas and had the best time! Will 100 percent be back in the near future. Possum is an absolute legend! He went out of his way to cut down a Christmas tree and even drove into town to grab decorations for us on arrival! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom house in Glenorchy. The home is cozy, well-appointed, and perfectly positioned with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains — waking up to that view was something special. Hosts Kath and Steve were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. A special shoutout to Duke, their awesome dog, who made our stay even more memorable with his friendly energy and charm! If you’re looking for peace, stunning nature, and warm hospitality, this is the place. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great location with tracks to the river and mount iron nearby. The community pool and gym are a great facility to have access to as well. House was very clean also

If your after a place to stay with lots of space, this is the whole package deal. key favorites, we're the x2 fires, spacious bedrooms, spacious areas to gather i.e x2 lounges. Having the pool right at your finger tips and not having to drive anywhere was a key factor. I will recommend to others 😀 thanks see you soon!

Sian’s apartment was great for a short term stay, my husband and I stayed two nights and found it extremely clean and tidy, with a very comfy king sized bed. Sian was a friendly host and was easy to contact. However some amenities would be useful to add for a longer stay such as a table to use and washing up liquid for the crockery supplied.

Love the living room area. Kitchen has everything we need. This place is much better than the pictures was show in the listing. Unfortunately because the weather, it was cloudy the two days we stay in Tekapo, so we aren’t able to see the stargazing. But if the sky is clear, this will be the place you want to stay！

Awesome place that literally has everything. Highlights were the sauna, hot spa, pool table and fireplace after snowboarding each day. Super close to The Remarkables and Coronet plus we drove an hour up to Corona and drive was easy. Highly recommended!

we had a WONDERFUL 2 night stay with Stephanie, in her VERY tidy, warm & comfortable apartment. Stephanie greeted us when we arrived with our 2 dogs. The property is fully & throughly fenced, which we can vouch for because if there had been a way out our Indie would have found it. Thanks Stephanie for the extras, loaf bread, spreads, choc treats, milk & more.

The mattress was extremely firm, which for me is a positive thing as it meant I could sleep really well and not wake up with a sore neck or anything! The space is really cosy and relaxing, and I enjoyed spending time there on my trip rather than wanting to leave and get out to see the city. The self-check in was a breeze with the lockbox right beside the door. The only downsides were small aspects of the bathroom; the windows don't fully shut the draft out so it can cause the temperature to be quite cold in the middle of the night in the whole unit, and the shower is also very small because the curtain hangs inwards and kind of crowds you into the corner. However the water was hot and with good pressure so this is not even worth taking off one star, I would love to go back again any time.

What truly beautiful accomodation in lovely private surroundings. We just loved everything about this accomodation. So so so tastefully decorated. Comfort plus from the lounge furniture to the beds. We will definitely recommend to anyone we know heading South. Just awesome!!

Angela’s apartment is beautiful and has English charm. We had everything we needed and mostly made our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. Interactions with Angela were friendly and easy. We highly recommend!

Lovely place; very spacious for two people and set in a beautiful garden visited by a wild peahen. We enjoyed the visits from their sweet dog and cat too. Conveniently located to Dunedin, grocery shopping and nearby beaches.

This house is very nice. And the host Juliane also is a kind and nice person. This house has sufficient good quality equipments for our daily life. In addition, host Juliane also offer some other sufficient daily stuffs to us. For example, enough towels, toilet paper, warm quilts and various cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils!. The house has a good location and lighting. I hope I can come back soon and stay here again!!
