What a wonderful place; everything we wished for: away from the crowds, in nature, with plenty to see around the corner😊.

Very lovely place to stay

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Wow!! What a beautiful place! If you get the chance to stay at Ilaria's, we highly recommend it! From the very generous and varied snack and breakfast options, to the well-stocked kitchen (cooking utensils and oils, spices etc) to the thoughtfully decorated and designed rooms. This place was a great base to explore the region from. Our Lancia Ypsilon was able to fit into the secure garage without issue. The pocket wifi worked great. The kitchen heater was very efficient, the other heater in the main corridor less so. The bathroom had plenty of towels, rugs, hair dryer, etc that you could need. There was even a washing machine and plenty of beach friendly equipment. Check in was flexible and very easy. Would highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Whenever I explore unknown corners, I look for places where I can soak up the atmosphere and life of the locals. Renting at Simona's place is what I needed😁 Breakfast and dinner in the garden/patio accompanied by kind 🐈🐈‍⬛ and peace and 🐢 quiet. Without the hustle and bustle of😍 the city, there is no problem with parking. Don't wait to leave your car near the house, but you can park in a designated spot at any time. The mentality of the residents ❤️ who welcomed us as their own should be added to this envelope Spacious apartment with MAX everything you need😉 Locally, you can walk to 🍕 or🍤. I also recommend a trip to ☕️ 🥐 and everything at an affordable price It has a mini market. Within a short distance there is a supermarket equipped with everything😁 And the hosts… well about them🤷‍♀️ Good souls, with a kind heart😍 worrying about you somewhere about being hidden, because you can't see them. Help and advice. That's where you'll feel safe🤗

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

The house was exactly as described, had everything you need for peaceful vacation. The only small thing was; there were no dishwashers , so I needed to be the one 😉. The beach is 300 mt away, but even that was not something to affect my day (not mentioning my partner who needed to carry a sup twice a day 😆. ) The beach is just great with great beach bar with great prices and even greater service. We do hope to be back, but next time for more time! On the end, I really recommend the place. btw: Marta is really really nice

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. Quiet residential area between the sea and the village. Everything was perfect for us! Thanks Sergio!

Beautiful place and you could see that it has just been refurbished, a beautiful style of the house, everything super clean, for 2 people the space is perfect and the value for money is unbeatable

I was with my family (including one-year-old daughter) for a week at Cristina's. We felt very, very comfortable and at home. Cristina is an outstanding host, she is available at any time, very helpful (in all matters) and accommodating. The accommodation was also modernly furnished & has a lovely garden area. Thank you for the hospitality.

Raffaela's place is such a gem!! Private, quiet, and beautiful views She's been very helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit in the area during the off season. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come again next time we visit Sardinia

Lovely accommodation with great views. Easy access to the beach and town.

Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

Cristina's accommodation is just great, very convenient location 50 m from the train station, barely a 10 min walk from the center. The accommodation itself was very clean, true to the photos, even bigger than in the photos. Cristina thinks of leaving very practical little things in the airbnb (shopping bag, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, tupperware…). Cristina is very responsive, she does her best to ensure the stay goes smoothly, gives very good recommendations. Thanks to her

Great location, good amenities, all the way to Alexa. Franco personally greeted us and showed us everything and responded immediately if anything came up. The bathroom still needs to be optimized, so you wanted to take care of it. Within the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe there! Can 100% recommend the apartment!

our stay went well, we felt at home and welcomed. Host present and available. Excellent location of the apartment because it was located on the main road, so easy to get around by car and on foot. Cozy apartment with all the comforts. You feel at home

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

Andrea & Svitlana were the most wonderful hosts. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we felt very happy and comfortable there.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
