Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Costa Verde

Excellent experience. We were four adults and two children and we were comfortable, the garden was very well kept with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about fifteen minutes from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and was concerned several times about how our stay was going. Highly recommended

Beautiful property in the countryside. You can tell Raffaela puts a lot of effort into curating the space so that it is very liveable. Location is great, close to many beautiful beaches, and some nice restaurants.

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were guests at Flor's for 13 days and were very satisfied. The place was just as described and there was everything you needed. The location was very good for us. The center is within walking distance and you had your peace in the upper area of Cala Gonone. Flor was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was always available and responded incredibly quickly to questions and suggestions. The only two small criticisms are the rather bad Wi-Fi and the relative lack of privacy of the apartments. We would definitely recommend the place!

Michele's apartment is half of a countryside house (perfect for a couple or a small family) where his sister is living alongside. We feel at home at the moment we arrive. Guests have ultimate privacy and in the meantime the help from hosts anytime. There is a big, beautiful garden with a hammock, loungers and patios. There is also a BBQ furnace, which is an additional asset. The kitchen is fully equipped. You live there with nine cute cats raised by the owner, they are very friendly to guests. Michele and his sister have been extremely responsive and helpful in our one-week stay in the beautiful island. I highly recommend this to you who wants to base the west coast of Sardegna! P.s. The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Nicola, the landlord, was extremely friendly and always helpful. Always available. Check-in / out was totally hassle-free. The apartment is very quiet, nice and spacious. Parking outside the door. The location is great for exploring sights. Ideal for hiking and flamingo watching. Cagliari, very nice city, only 20 min. by car. Great beaches nearby.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

Hi, we were climbing in Sardinia for 10 days. The place was great. Secluded. Quiet. In the mountains. The shopping facilities were a little further away (Tortoli or Bardo Sado, about 10-20 km away), but the view from the terrace at breakfast was bombastic and priceless. Check-in was easy: a key box with code. The owners were not on site, but Antonella, the manager, was always responsive - even though she didn't stay there, she took care of it very quickly. A highlight was the oranges from her garden, which she gave us. Otherwise, the apartment is well suited for 2 persons. With 4 people it may be a little tight - 2 people have to sleep in the kitchen/living room. The apartment is very lovingly decorated, new furniture, clean.. There is salt, oil, vinegar, aluminum foil and much more. So the kitchen is equipped with many details that make cooking easier. The beach and the climbing areas are 15 min. by car.
