Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Staying at this Airbnb was like being in a little paradise. Having breakfast every day with a sea view, it's priceless. The house is suitable for a couple who want to escape the daily and hectic routine to take refuge in the tranquility of this place that has given us so much peace and silence (December '24) Anna was very kind to come and greet us at check-in, also giving us tips on what were the places to visit nearby. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Everything was amazing in Maurizio's place. The house is fully equipped. He even treated us to local beers that we really liked. The house was very clean. The location was stunning and very close to the beach , nice short walk to the city centre with restaurants etc. Quiet neighbourhood and private parking which is really good as it tends to get very busy close to the beach in this time of year. Only one downside - no WiFi and signal was medium but otherwise cannot fault this place

Charming and authentic accommodation with large terrace. Finally no sober rental apartment, but as if you were staying with a dear aunt - flower towels, succulents on the terrace and fully equipped kitchen included <3 Also free parking in front of the house. And beach, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment and it was perfect. We spent our evenings lounging on the sofa overlooking the sea. It is a short walk along the beachfront to the harbour, and there were restaurants and shops all around. The apartment had everything we needed, a great rain shower, a large comfortable bed (2 singles pushed together), a well equipped kitchen and double doors looking out to the sea. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

We’re very happy to have spent a week in this charming house with privacy and a fantastic view. Nice showers and lots of space for clothes. Extra quality was added by Alessandro’s welcoming words and helpful instructions and tips. Having a kind host like him means so much.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

I thank Antonia for the ease of communication and the countless information she gave me about the house and the surroundings during my stay. Always quick and present. The house is a gem you can't want better if you are looking for tranquility and a priceless sea view. Thank you

Newly renovated house in a strategic position to quickly reach the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias. Both Marco and Valentina who welcomed us were always available and attentive that everything was always perfect, as were Mrs. Nuccia, the landlady who lives in the house next door. Recommended apartment for two families. The patio and the corner of the barbecue perfectly complete the entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well furnished kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so beneficial for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up, swim, snorkel, walk along the beach for hours, this is pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. But our highlight was certainly visiting the dolphins on the first day while we enjoyed our aperitifs on the veranda, two animals rummaged in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, people hardly had it anymore. Completely happy we have returned home. THANKS Valentina and Enzo!

We had an incredible stay! Paola was exceptionally friendly, with perfect communication throughout our visit. The place was very clean, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our 9-month-old. The breathtaking view made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We stayed 10 days two families in this great house. Very good subdivision of the two apartments. Communication was always quick and nice. The proximity to the beach invites you to take a short swim at any time. Thank you so much for letting us call the house our own for the 10 days.

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

Scheduled vacation to meet the son who resides in the United States but owns a home in the area. Niceapartment, well organized, cool enough even on the hottest days (up to 36°C), so much so that we only turned on the air conditioners one-two times to cool it off before going to sleep. Very practical and well-stocked kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, well-organized bathroom, possibility of showering both cold and hot even in the small outdoor garden. Quiet location, private parking, nice beach in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Host available and friendly. We didn't need to contact you during your stay, and she kindly came to greet us on departure.

Great location. Only downside there was no outdoor seating as shown in the photos.

The apartment is equipped and very clean in a very quiet area.. we needed a quiet and relaxing place to spend the holidays and we found it.. in the evening sleeping with the sound of the sea that is attached to the house, we liked it very well.. great experience.. Tony and Eugenia are very kind but not intrusive.. recommended..

The place is very nice and nice. Very well equipped and perfect in every space including parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we were able to use little! Highly recommended

We loved it. The local town is very laid back. There are great walks and beaches on the doorstep, and the views from the apartment are wonderful

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view. A big thank you to Riccardo who was a great host, always quick to reply and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the local area.

Carla's apartment was just right for us as a small family - not too small, very clean and the kitchen was super equipped to cook something quickly. The beach, restaurants and shopping are quickly reached. Carla was also always reliable and quickly accessible. When we're in Torre Grande, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a great time in the apartment. The view of the sea is wonderful and although sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window that goes to the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on where to go. We had a great time!
