The stay at Paolo's was perfect. There really isn't anything we could complain about. The apartment is very cozy and practically furnished, nothing is missing. The terrace and garden are a dream! The location is also great. Nothing is further than 10 minutes away and you are still quiet. We would definitely come back! ☺️😍

The apartment we rented is simply beautiful: spacious; equipped; fresh; clean; surrounded by greenery. Less than a 10-minute walk away is Sos Dorroles Beach. Luisa and her family welcomed us splendidly and gave us valuable directions, always proving helpful. It was a really wonderful experience!

We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

I stopped here after a long experience of months in Sardinia that made me promise to never go back to the areas of Costa Rei villasimius are dotted with imcompeyemts who are selling themselves to restaurant hoteliers intent only to spill money to the tourist with reprehensible and rudeness beyond measure . Arriving here in Villaputzu made me remember why I liked Sardinia and authentic people like Marco's home where I was welcomed by exquisite people. Impeccable house! Come here don't throw your money elsewhere! Here you can enjoy the pleasure of having spent them well and at the right cost

Giovanni has been extremely accommodating and helpful when our arrival was delayed by several hours. He waited for us until 9pm and drove us to the house, and welcomed us the day after with plates of local delicacies. The house is perfectly located to drive around and visit the East coast (there's a lot to see). It is simple but comfortable and clean, with a great terrasse. Dorgali has everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, bars) 10min driving down the road. We really enjoyed our stay !

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. The house is located in a very quiet place with several beaches just a 5-10 minute drive, spacious quiet, with crystal clear water and fine white sand there is a supermarket, butchers and other basic amenities in the area. The host will be your neighbor but more than a problem was something positive since I was very available for anything and we had a lot of intimacy. If you are looking for tranquility and calm it is very good place, from the house you can see some spectacular sunrises. The house is very well equipped if you intend to cook. Overall, we were quite comfortable.

The cottage was in a picturesque mountain village with a cozy atmosphere and friendly people. The cottage was clean, tidy and equipped with many comforts if you don't mind climbing stairs. With Antioco, it was easy to get in touch with and tips about the area handy. i definitely recommend this cottage.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Mrs. Ilaria's apartment and had a great time, the house is spacious and comfortable. Communication was great, the lady was always nice and available. The area is super quiet and within walking distance of the center of Oristano. Thank you so much..... see you next time!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, really well-kept apartment and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, but quiet. The only flaw is the parking lot of the station that is located nearby, where you can leave your car, managed by an entity that really steals your money, for the period of stay I spent almost more on parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'd take it again without a second thought.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
