Staying with Paolo was perfect. There really isn't anything we could complain about. The apartment is very cozy and practically furnished, it lacks nothing. The terrace and the garden are a dream! The location is great too. Nothing is further than 10 minutes away and you are still quiet. We would definitely come back! ☺️😍

Great area, all partially within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately available. Despite a late arrival time, she welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thank you!

Perfect location close to the sea (1 minute walk). The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials for a holiday. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Giovanni has been extremely accommodating and helpful when our arrival was delayed by several hours. He waited for us until 9pm and drove us to the house, and welcomed us the day after with plates of local delicacies. The house is perfectly located to drive around and visit the East coast (there's a lot to see). It is simple but comfortable and clean, with a great terrasse. Dorgali has everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, bars) 10min driving down the road. We really enjoyed our stay !

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. Very nice large terrace with sea view, with a huge table to eat and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs to sunbathe or relax with views of the island of San Pietro. Very comfortable covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, a great ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to recommend. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to leave us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

i booked The little house for an aunt, and she was pleasantly impressed by the atmosphere. It is a very nice and particular accommodation, it spans several floors. Equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay, from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

The house and amenities look much better than the photos. The place was really close to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. He could use the charcoal grill. There was also an outdoor shower so we washed off the sand outside after the beach. Two terraces where you could eat + the large balcony was great. If you want to just be on the beach and go to just buy something at the store, you don't even need a car. The store was relatively close (15 minutes on foot), although with a lot of shopping it wasn't easy, but it's manageable. If you will have a rental car, there is parking on the property. A/C was in every room but didn't even need to turn it on. Wifi was sufficient for 4 people. I highly recommend this place to stay

Very good stay! Gianfranco was accommodating on the arrival times. The apartment was central, very well equipped and clean. The bedding was very comfortable! We were a little cold at night (high ceilings and central air conditioning so the rooms remained cool) but there were huge pleas that served well:) Thank you for hosting us!

We found everything you need for breakfast, as well as various amenities in the bathroom and other rooms. Very rare attention! Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be back.

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. Central area of Cagliari, easy to get around on foot, apartment really well cared for and full of every comfort. Area full of restaurants and clubs, still quiet. Unique is the parking lot of the station that is nearby, where you can leave the car, managed by an entity that really steals the money, for the period of stay I spent almost more parking than accommodation. Otherwise, we'll take it back with our eyes closed.

A return visit to Igino and Agnese. Such a warm and friendly welcome from such lovely people. An ideal place for our family to stay. Grazie mille!
