Holiday rentals with beach access in Corolla, Currituck County

I stayed in the downstairs apartment and it was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit . I especially enjoyed the special touches like the lighted makeup mirror and vanity in the bedroom that I slept in. Tatyana was amazing and responded immediately to my texts. She also gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and entertainment. My son is in the Coast Guard and I was in town to attend his promotion to Sr. Chief, so I didn’t get to enjoy the accommodations as much as I would have liked to, but I will be returning to KDH this Spring, and I definitely plan to stay at one of Tatyana’s homes. I highly recommend this host!

Debra’s place is exactly as described. Before we arrived, I had a couple of questions and called. Debra was responsive, helpful, and friendly. When we arrived we were welcomed by homemade cookies on the kitchen table! The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The backyard backs up to a golf course with a little pathway that allowed us a wonderful morning ritual of walking our dog and seeing the beautiful sunrise! Some hidden treasures can be found in the living room closet (games & beach towels) and in the bathroom sink cabinet (washcloths and extra hand towels). There are two spots to park in the gravel area to the right of the house and the path leads down to the private entrance. Walking to the oceanfront is possible, but you do have to cross a busy 4-lane road and it is about a 15-20 minute walk. We had an amazing time visiting Kitty Hawk and staying in such a quiet place. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you for another great girls weekend! JD & Shelley are always awesome hosts! The place is always clean, anything you need is available, nice private backyard with a pool, and super close to public beach access and amazing restaurants! 3rd year staying here…we will see ya again next year!!!

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

The views from the back deck are beautiful and I highly recommend walking down the dock. The bed was super cozy and they had extra softttt blankets in the closet. Decorated perfectly, not over crowed with decor but just enough to feel cozy. Eddie was super nice and quick to respond! Overall great stay and location!

Jess & Derik place was everything I could have hoped for and more. Being just two blocks from the beach made my morning walks so special. The apartment was spotless and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made me feel instantly at home. Communication was flawless and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Travis' place was perfect for a quick stay. They actually accommodated a late checkin for us, and entry was problem free. The unit was clean and every room was very spacious for two people. With a quick walk to the beach, it was a nice place to recharge!

This house was fabulous! It was absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, as was the porch off the family room. The kids' rooms upstairs were roomy, and the master bedroom was gorgeous! Everything worked as it should, no issues with the appliances or the TVs. The house was centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. It was a wonderful stay all around!

Great place to be - so close to the beach and easy access to all the fun things in the area. Richard was great to work with and communicated well. Lots of space, very clean and nice great room on 3rd floor!

Laurie is an excellent host. Her place was exactly as it was described. It was just what my family and I were looking for. Close to our friends and a short walk to the beach. My little girls loved seeing the deer outside in the morning too.

Have been going to OBX for 47 yrs and this location is ideal - great beach access, grocery is walkable. The house has everything you need. We will stay again + recommend it to friends. Also, the dyer wouldn't work but Gia had it taken care of immediately!! Impressive

Both hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. They even dropped off new light bulbs within 20 minutes or so of asking for a few. The house was private with a great yard and beautiful decks. Thanks again!

Very nice and clean 4 br 2.5 ba house. Kitchen fully equipped and all supplies readily at hand. We had 4 kids under 9 and 6 adults, so the deck was useful to give the kids room to play safely. I think the price was a tad high, but the availability was crucial. Staci was responsive to an important question on check-in day. Beach access was easy with a short 2 house walk. Beach-buggy for lugging sand toys and chairs was crucial. I hope to be back in the future!

We were very pleased with this condo. Everything was neat and tidy, clean, and the host very pleasant and responsive. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Highly recommend. And just a short walk across the street to the beach. We stayed during cold days in January, but still checked out the beach. Would also like to recommend Two Roads Tavern great food!

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

just after the holidays my husband and I realized we needed a retreat. Rhe weather was cold and windy, so indoor activity was preferred. We had a beautiful setting that was so very comfortable and accommodating. Had we chosen, we were supplied with many options for games, site seeing, shopping and food away from home. Meredith has also outfitted her home for virtually every outdoor activity when the season lends itself. A highly recommended vacation spot whether you want to be very active or just need a rest... beautiful scenery, a secure setting, easy access, the katest amenities and most peaceful.

My husband and I loved our stay at Turtle Tides! The view was amazing, the condo was very clean, and Gene was responsive to any messages sent through out the stay. We were there during the winter and loved that we could stay inside in the warmth and still look out to a beautiful view! We even saw dolphins from the deck our last morning! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time staying at Jamie & Crystal’s “Carolina on My Mind” condo at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and cookware to all the essential appliances. The beach was clean and uncrowded during our visit, making it a perfect vacation. We especially enjoyed the foosball table, which provided hours of fun for our family. There were also plenty of play toys and family games to keep everyone occupied. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely recommend Carolina on My Mind to our family and friends.

Adorable beach stay in a super-clean and cute 2BR, 2BA w/ amenities. Handicap accessible, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach in a private location at the north end of the Outer Banks, this place welcomed my wife and I from the second we walked in because it was charming, clean, comfortable, and accommodated our two girls (Yellow Labrador and Golden Retriever). Nestled in the Corolla/Corova location, it is surrounded by beaches, wild horses, 4WD beach driving, museums, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping, and a throwback view of what it was like in the 1920s at the Whalehead Club. Quaint schools and churches speckle the inshore line. I'd return in a heartbeat.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The view of the Atlantic never disappointed with occasional dolphin activity in the distant froth. A number of restaurants just a few minutes away by foot or car. Quiet and peaceful stay in the winter months was a welcome experience. And who doesn’t like a walk on the beach right outside the door?

We love coming back to Rick’s condo for our quick getaways. It’s feels like home for us. And Rick is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to see the renovations next time we visit.
