Jessica’s place was perfect for our family to gather over NYE! The house was clean, well-maintained with a great space for hanging with the family. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that was a short 10 min walk to the state park or beach access. I would definitely stay here again!

Having to attend a funeral in the area, we opted to go with this home to fit our needs. It was such a warm, inviting, comfortable home. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hostess and this home if you need a roomy, comfortable place to stay!

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s home! The house was pristine, fully stocked with everything you could need and very close to the beach. The street was quiet with minimal traffic and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and small children to play. An added bonus to this home was the game room and children’s toys and books. This is the first place we have stayed that included things that are friendly to very small children. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a long weekend with a dog and two teenagers. The house was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Air conditioner would freeze you out it was so nice and cold. The small details were definitely appreciated. The added beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) were greatly appreciated as the chairs we brought weren’t really meant to be beach chairs. The private outdoor space was nice. We really enjoyed the beach area as it was very few people each time we went out. Our dog was able to enjoy the water as well without disturbing anyone. Will be returning!

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from cozy furnishings to thoughtful amenities. What truly stood out, though, was the host's incredible hospitality. When my luggage was delayed, she went above and beyond by accepting the delivery and bringing it right to my door. That level of kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. I highly recommend this suite to anyone visiting Chesapeake. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality!
