We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Walking into the home was like walking into your own home - stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some. I love that we didn't have to pack all the bulky beach gear and bikes! They provided EVERYTHING you would want. All we needed were our clothes and personal items. The game cabinet was a huge hit as was the Wii which had all the best games! I'm always concerned renting homes that allow pets, but you would never know this was a pet home - there was no pet odor or stains, and the fenced front yard was very convenient. A short walk to a beautiful beach, and an access rode for easy bike riding made this the perfect location. Mary was an amazing host - responsive and very kind. Loved our stay so much we are hoping to return some day.

I recently had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the start. Our family had a wonderful time staying at Cristy's home! Everything was updated, super clean, so roomy and so comfortable. The kitchen is so huge and where we tend to hang out as a family so it was great. Bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. And the bathrooms were updated and had these lovely nightlights. I always bring my own but didn't need them because of this thoughtful touch. And the cats Fred, Betty and Barney were adorable and so easy to care for with just a little food, water and love. The location was great for our trips to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. It was close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in a tourist trap but in a real neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! We felt very at home, comfortable and safe! It was extremely clean when we got there and had everything we may have needed. There were plenty of local restaurants literally around the corner. We were within Walking distance to everything! We will Definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! Our host was very friendly and responsive to any texts I sent!! Thank you!!!

The home was spotless and very nicely decorated with a beach/seaside theme. It’s very close to Kiptopeke state park and several other points of interest. If you’re a kayaker, boater or an angler, this location is perfect. There are many spots within 10 minutes to launch kayaks or boats. Rural area but within 5 minutes of a convenience store and maybe a 10 minute drive to Food Lion.

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

Although we are very familiar with Va Beach, this adorable cottage was a great treasure. Clean, comfortable, and close in proximity to anything one could need or want. We chose this rental because it was 2 blocks from my grandchildren, so we are familiar with the beach. This cottage has an absolutely amazing beach access just merely 100 steps from the driveway. The host is so kind and welcoming. Enjoy! Happy Beach! 😀

We had a late check in so having flexibility was great with the keyless entry. The place fit our family of four very well. The view and closeness to the beach was a plus as we were able to walk there and catch the sunrise. We rested well on the beds which is always great and relaxed in the living room and kitchen areas. It was a great experience and Kim was very communicative.

I've been curious about tiny homes and this was a great chance to be in one and see how I liked it. Fantastic place. John was great, even answered questions regarding the home that weren't related to my stay. All in all I would definitely recommend him as a host and the house for a stay.

Perfect place for 4-6 people. Really nice house and perfect location for us. I would 100% stay there again! Th house was clean and well appointed. Instructions were so clear that we didn’t even need to communicate much with Gus, but leading up to the stay he was very responsive and helpful! Great getaway!!

Brooke is super awesome! We had to book at the very last minute as our reservation with another host fell through and Brooke was so prompt and nice to let us book!! The hotel itself is a little dated but it was kept so clean and organized. The amenities like the pools, hot tub, and fitness center are all nice and well kept as well. The staff is super friendly and always so helpful! The location is PERFECT! Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and clean place to spend an enjoyable beach vacation—Brooke’s place should be a top pick!

We enjoyed our stay at The Great Escape! Most of our time was spent in the private pool and fishing from the yard into the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house had all the amenities we needed- it felt like a home away from home. Kim was a great host supplying us with lots of recommendations and was quick to resolve any problems. We hope to visit again in the future!

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We had a great stay. We had our kids and grandchildren and this home provided all that we needed. I made dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was wonderful. The kids loved playing with the toys and mom and dad were thrilled they didn’t have to worry about a highchair and pack and play. We didn’t have beach weather but the home had all we could have wanted. Very comfortable home, loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Karla’s because it was just what we needed. It was clean comfortable ,had a great TV and was very close to our son and daughter-in-law who are were having our grandbaby. While we were there, it snowed over 10 inches in a day, which is unheard of in Chesapeake. The very next morning the walk at driveway and around our car had been shoveled. It was so sweet because they knew we were trying to get to the hospital for the birth. I can’t say enough nice things about our hosts and the place. We will definitely be staying again.
