NO CLEANING FEE. This 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, with a 5 minute walk to the beach access. We have taken great pride in remodeling this unit to include modern furnishings but still maintain a relaxed feel for the beach. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything.
