Monthly Rentals in Chrisostomos

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but this one was truly special. Theodoros was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very helpful. His mother welcomed us with homemade pastries and local honey, which made us feel right at home. The Flower Villa is beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. We had everything we needed, from towels and blankets to a fully stocked kitchen. Whether cooking meals or enjoying coffee in the peaceful garden, we never felt like anything was missing. The villa felt like a home away from home. The location was great too, with the beach, bakery, and mini market just a short walk away. Agios Kirykos is only a ten-minute drive, so renting a car is a good idea for exploring more of the island. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The villa is warm and cozy, and even the cats outside were so friendly and sweet. Ikaria is a stunning island with lovely locals, great food, and a laid-back atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

What can we say about this house and the amazing hosts Sakis and Aliki! From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel like family! Mr Sakis had all the information needed to make sure we saw all the best attractions on the island and also all the nicest places to eat! Mrs Aliki even ordered us fresh eggs to pick up for our kids! Nothing was too much trouble for them! The house was so comfortable with breathtaking views and excellent strategic location! It was spotless and the beds and towels smelt so nice and clean! It had all the amenities needed to cater for a family of five like us and we felt like home! The location was perfect. Xanthi is such a small quiet village strategically located in the center of the island so even the beaches on the other side of the island were an hour away the most. We definitely recommend this place without second thought! We will definitely return! Thank you for everything!

It was really pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I had no chance to meet Eleni personally, but she always stayed in touch, gave best recommendations, and her father showed us the house and was nice and sweet. The house is clean and charming. There is a great tavern in walking distance and also a beach and the hot springs.

This home was a dream! Impeccably clean, gorgeous furnishings, incredible views of the sea. It was more than a dream! Stop at the market to fill up the fridge incase the restaurants are closed - you will need a rental car, but it’s such a great trip to explore Seychelles Beach and Magganitis for lunch on the sea after! This home was such a treat, a short walk to Livadi Beach to relax. We are grateful to experience Ikaria in such a way!
