If you are looking for a place right on the beach in a quiet beach town, this is the place for you. Just steps out the back to a pristine beach perfect for sun bathing, surfing, swimming or fishing. Melbourne Beach is a lovely town with many great restaurants that made our stay so much more enjoyable. Marianne is a terrific host and the home is well stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. With out a doubt, we will be back again next time we are in Melbourne Beach

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

My family came from Washington state to visit with family. It was our first time in Florida and we absolutely loved the house. It was just a few blocks away from the beach which was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and was pretty stocked with things we may need. She even had left some toys out for my 3 year old to play with! She messaged all the time with recommendations of things happening around the area and was just so kind. I truly appreciated how quickly she would respond to any questions my family and I had. We would definitely book here again!

Great place to stay! Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The beach is at a walking distance and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Marek is a responsive helpful host. Lovely place to stay. Close to beach, not far from attractions. We had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Very sweet and comfortable little place, perfect for us (me, my partner and our 4 year old daughter). Really loved how close it is to the beach (two blocks) and a very nice splash pad and playground (right at the end of the block). Added bonus was the direct sun on the back deck in the afternoon. We appreciated and made use of the grill and the beach chairs and umbrella. Kay was very quick to respond to all our messages and offered suggestions for stuff to do on a rainy day as well as letting us know when rocket launches were scheduled.

Coco’s place was super nice, cozy and comfortable, location was great, close to the beach and some fun places. It was clean, and comfy bed. Highly recommend

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! Everything was spotless and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The host went above and beyond, being super proactive and quick to respond to all my needs. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! It's a must-stay for anyone heading to Florida—I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family about it!

We used Airbnb for the first time for our family trip to Cocoa beach. When we arrive at Cocoa beach, Hurricane Milton was about to pass through Florida unfortunately. Caroline kindly advised us to change our travel schedule and approved our urgent reservation modification. Caroline also checked this beach house several times before and after the Hurricane passage whether there is no damage due to the Hurricane. In addition, on behalf of us, she kindly carried our items that I ordered via online to the inside the house. We all heartily appreciate Caroline's kind hosting. Thanks to her support, our family really enjoyed our first family trip to the foreign country. Of course, this beach house is definitely super comfortable. We did not have any problems to stay there. The 3 bed rooms are sufficiently suitable for our 4 adults to stay for 2 weeks.

Everything was good...no issues or complaints

Me and my wife spent 2 weeks at Laurens place in February 2025. We loved the place, very close to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Canaveral. Laurens place was clean, spacious and as advertised. Lauren was easy to work with and provided clear instructions. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place and it was just as great as the first. We love the location and felt right at home. We enjoy having quick access to Melbourne across the bridge ( our daughter attends FIT) but yet being minutes from the beach! Thank you Laura for accommodating us.

Stay was great will definitely be back

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing and a huge bonus that it’s pet friendly. A 2 minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The grocery store is just a mile or so down the street and just 10 minutes to downtown cocoa beach for some really spectacular local eats. It’s just what we needed. The townhome is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again for future visits to Cape Canaveral.

This was a great place to stay before our cruise. Dillon was very helpful. The theme was very appropriate. There was even a little area with a putting green. This is a very spacious townhouse with 3 bedrooma and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room for our group of 6.

Staying at the Melbourne house was wonderful! Exactly what we needed for our 9 -day stay. It had everything including 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers (family of 5) , kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of bath towels. Andrey & his wife were nice enough to allow us to use his beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. My children had a blast & were so happy. The barbecue was functional & worked well! Overall , the house was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Very close to restaurants, shopping centers, and the highway. Very close to the USSSA Space Coast Complex (which we needed) about an hour from Orlando, and about 40 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Andrey & his wife were very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. My family and I loved the pool and the hammock in the yard; which was very private. Would definitely recommend this house over and over again. Exactly what we wanted & needed for our stay! Thank you.

We stayed overnight and despite having a mix up with check in arrival time, we enjoyed our stay. This host is very responsive and shows that he cares for his guests. His accommodations are immaculate and comfortable. I plan to recommend this place to any of my friends. I have family living nearby in Satellite Beach.
