Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

Laura and Bob were terrific hosts with a great place just steps from the beach. They made our stay peaceful and relaxing, offering lots of recommendations and a pristine little beach bungalow. Thanks a million!!

Have been staying at this house for several years for an annual girls trip and it never disappoints. The host is very responsive and the house is thoughtfully appointed and well designed.

We stayed at Michelle's place with the family (with 2 children and 1 infant) in December 2024, and everything was perfect! The house is well located, close to the Kennedy Space Center and central enough to radiate on the Space Coast, in a quiet residential area, and with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. The house is pretty, spacious, very well-equipped, well decorated; it feels like home! Everything was very clean. For families with young children: crib, washing machine, step-free house. Michelle also provides a wealth of information to fully enjoy the house and the area. If we get the chance we would come back without hesitation! Thanks Michelle!

Anyalie's home was absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard was resort quality! The home itself was very clean, welcoming and spacious! It was great for kids and adults! We thought Anyalie was a fantastic host! She was so professional, responsive and kind! This house and host will not disappoint!

Location was perfect. Everything we needed was no more yhan 15 minutes away, including the beach. Place was comfy.

This place looked just like the photos. Beautiful and private. House itself was very spacious for just us 2. Loved the Google assist! Had a few issues with the grill but the host was super supportive and sent the handy man to help and filled the propane for the inconvenience. The pool and outside was great! Definitely will book again!!! Host was so nice and responsive.

KC and her team took care of us as she always does. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that we need. We have used her team and home multiple times and will continue to do so.

We had a nice stay at this property. We were two families with 5 children. There was plenty of room to play and the enclosed patio was nice. We had rainy weather so did not visit the nearby beach or use the pool. We had a couple of issues arise and the hosts were responsive, but because we only had a two night stay it really was not worth having them come clean or fix anything. The garage has a ping pong table that we did use and kept the kiddos busy while we got ready. The primary bathroom is large and accommodating. The kitchen was wonderful to sit around and have the kids eat or color etc. overall great. Would recommend.

Genna is amazing. Gave great suggestions on food and super responsive. Great location to walkable places and well as short drives to pretty much eveeything. Place is super cute and has everything you need for a short or long trip. Would totally come back.

I was on a budget and this place fit the bill. It is very quiet, there’s a place to sit out front and out back. It was very clean and roomy. Don’t expect the Hilton, it’s older but taken care of. Danna and Carey answered the only question I had…can I bring my small granddaughters over to play in the pool. The answer was a resounding YES! Very nice people.

A friend and I booked for a week of relaxation and reading - and boy was this the perfect spot for it! The weather wasn’t ideal but we stayed cozy inside, spent time enjoying the farm animals, and had a great time. The guest house was clean and private. Hosts were kind, accommodating, and helped make the experience more fun! Thanks so much!

Everything is here! For a family vacation this is a place that I save to my list to use if we ever come back to the area. There are toys, games, drawing paper and crayons, pens, colored pencils. Travel crib (but no mattress, just the pad), Extra blankets and sheets. Lots of utensils and amenities and the pool / backyard is amazing. We loved it all. Great find.

Venture investments was very accommodating. We initially had booked the entire property l, however some of our group were unable to come and Venture investments worked with us to cancel part of the property so we only paid for what we needed. Very responsive to messages and offered lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Provided Lawn and beach chairs along with beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Laundry facilities on property. Overall very impressed with our stay and would recommend!!!

This is the second time we stayed at Tricia’s place and enjoyed it all over again. A great location and we love the pool.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

Kelley’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was more spacious than we were expecting and had a fun/unique style to it. Location couldn’t be better with a boat launch to mangrove tunnel kayaking and the beach within just a couple blocks. The location is also only a 10 minute walk to many delicious restaurants and fun bars. Kelley also is a very kind and thoughtful host.

Jordan’s place is awesome!! We had everything we needed and it was the perfect location. Jordan was extremely quick with communicating. Would highly recommend!!

Apartment is exactly as pictured and described. Traveled as a family of 3 with one child. There was enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. We did not spend much time in the area as it was just a one night stay before a cruise but we would return. Port Canaveral was a 20 minute drive away. Neighborhood appeared safe and was quiet. Many residents were out walking their dogs at night.

Debra’s place is wonderful! Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. And Debra was a delight.
