Great place! Super clean and quiet. Location was perfect and had plenty of space. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 young children. The set up was perfect for us. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms which meant we all had our own bathroom. The location was perfect for getting to Disney and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful area, felt like home, amenities were great and with small children we loved the short walk to old town and fun spot.

We had a fantastic week long stay! We felt right at home in this beautiful home. It was spacious and comfortable for my family. The home was clean and ready to go upon check in. The location is perfect with easy walks to entertainment and restaurants but also in close proximity to the theme parks. The amenities on site were just as described. We will definitely be back!

We thank Dan for letting us stay at the property in late January. Was a great get away from the cold. Everything is relatively close by and was easy to get to. Our in laws stopped to say hello on their way to Naples and asked what kind of deal we had to make to get Dans property! Fun times with the family.

Jonathan was very responsive. His place was simple and clean.

Quick walk to the public beach access! Beautiful less crowded area of the beach. Place was plenty big enough for our crew of 6, we had the entire unit. Lots of stairs this would be the only con if you have bad knees lol would definitely book again! 3 separate bedroom spaces with 3 separate bathrooms was helpful with a group. Everything we needed to cook full meals during our stay.

Paula's place is perfect for a large group or mutil-family stay. It's budget-conscious and no frills, with the terrific benefit of being walkable to Downtown Delray...so no worries about finding parking, or having an extra drink....just enjoy the walk. This was a key feature for our stay. South Swinton Street is also gentrifying as Delray Beach becomes more and more the place to be.

Simone’s place was lovely: Pristine condition, great views from every room, and walking distance to Little Harbor’s beach area. Check-in was easy—there was a bottle of wine upon arrival. The primary bedroom was very comfortable—the bed slept well and it was nice to have coffee from the balcony while watching the sunrise. 10/10 recommend!

Great, quiet location with a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious. The host is very thoughtful in the items that she has at the home. Two adults and 3 kids on this vacation and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be back.

Julio's home had everything we needed and more for our short 2 night stay. Convenient location and for being a college town, surprisingly peaceful. He was quick to respond to any questions and gives detailed instructions for checking in and out. Everything in the kitchen was organized and easy to find. My kids especially loved that our fur babies had their own little space under the stairs. We would definitely book again ❤️
