Beach condo holiday rentals in Cape Canaveral

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Jessica!

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful, peaceful anniversary celebration we had. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described. The photos matched the place exactly. We will definitely be back again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Chris’s place is beautiful, pristine, and such a gorgeous oceanfront location. There was so much to do at the resort, and so fun to see the cruise ships leave port, right next door to the unit! We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions. We look forward to returning next year!

Katelyn's place is very well located as it is just steps from the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen utensils of very good quality, the decor of the place is nice. We will return!

Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed condo. Great view of the ocean! Glad Leigh Ann’s place was available, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely would recommend.

This condo was amazing. Much more spacious than the pictures show. The location was perfect (away from the Cocoa Beach crowds/traffic) and the beach views from the living room were peaceful. We were even able to watch two Space X space launches just steps from the back porch! Jeanne was an amazing host. When I explained my wheelchair bound hopped to visit, she made the extra effort to troubleshoot some logistical issues-to include providing photos of workarounds…which made it possible for her to visit us at the Air B& B. We plan to find another opportunity to stay there again! Highly recommend!

This is my first visit to Kelly’s place but 4th to the condo development, the unit is very nice, the view of the ocean from this unit is refreshing! The unit had all the essentials, no need to bring beach items, or towels, for my five day stay I had all I needed. Washer/dryers are at the complex, and for a few bucks work well. Love this location, safe, central to stores, restaurants, or is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Caught a launch, what a bonus! The host Kelly is a top notch professional, I will be back… Thank you

Great place to stay while in Coco Beach área. Super easy walk to the beach. Space was very comfortable. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.

I grew up in the area, so I knew the building and location would be great - it only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained!

Donnetta is an exceptional host—very friendly and responsive! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to items for our beach outings. Every detail was thoughtfully considered! The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the fantastic local restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect little escape for our family of four!

Everything was perfect including a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We Were there 5 nights and we even had enough paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee filtered for the week. Other condos where we have stayed I would always have to buy these things after a day or two.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

The location was perfect, with beach access just a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and discovered numerous excellent dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was truly exceptional. We highly recommend Villatel and their properties.

The house was just as displayed on the website. So peaceful and beautiful. My family enjoyed the stay! It definitely fit the number of guests. We loved that the living room had a pull-out mattress to relax on and watch movies. Would love to come back and stay again in the future.

This was a perfect location. You are only steps from the pool and ocean. The unit was a nice open floor plan. The pictures online does not do it justice. You are walking distance from Ron Jon's and the Cocoa beach pier. The owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again

Cocoa Beach Towers 49 has its own access to the beach, a very nice pool. A good choice of restaurants in the area for any type meal. We recommend Cafe Monte Carlo for breakfast or lunch, and Floridas Fresh Grill for dinner. and Canaveral Ice Cream and Coffee anytime. Kennedy Space Center is 20 mins away. The Condo is immaculately cleaned, and there are pots and pans and dishes for cooking. Bring socks to wear in the condo there is tile throughout. There is a coffee pot, bring your own coffee, cream and sugar. There is a balcony off both the living room and master bedroom to sit and enjoy the ocean view with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage of choice. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms are well laid out for privacy and comfort. One reserved parking space undercover, easily accessible to the stairs or elevator. I would stay again. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the convenience of everything was great!!

I live nearby but wanted a place to gather to celebrate a family birthday. We stayed just one night. The home is beautifully furnished and the beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Great place to get away for a quick trip!

The property sits right on the beach in a beautiful private area with breathtaking views. The lots on both sides of the property are vacant and full of nature which makes the scenery even more majestic. The home itself is very clean, nicely furnished and tropically decorated. Amazing sunsets were straight off the back deck, we will definitely visit again!
