very good accommodation, only on the front door there was an ants nest but out there.. everything was great and the hostess was very attentive to the stay.

The location is excellent!!! The access to the beach and the view of the sea is beautiful🤩. The studio has 2 comfortable double beds and a sofa bed… everything you need to prepare food, hot and cold water, offers you quite a few bath towels, there is a fan and air conditioning. Highly recommended and accessible. We would stay again ☺️ thanks for the host's hospitality 👍🏼✨

Beautiful apartment. Better than the picture. Can walk to many restaurants and city center. Easiest way is walking through municipal building, just 5 minutes to main city life area.

First off Norma was very timely for answering my messages. which made me feel more comfortable in case there was issue at check in but everything was exactly as described and easy to access. the beach is right there and pools are great. would highly recommend!

BOOK YOUR STAY NOW AND DON’T WASTE TIME!!! After the first day i was already impressed and I couldn’t wait to write this review. It’s in the perfect location no more than about a 7min. Walk to the Grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants, (I recommend trying “Al Comal” and trying out their “Huaraches”) This place was muy bonito from the inside to the outside. And if you are worried about the bathroom situation THEY PUT UP AN EXTRA CURTAIN so you will have your privacy. The host was amazing, fast response, very helpful. NO TENGO nada malo que decir!!!!! I can’t wait to come back. 🙂‍↔️☺️

I chose Ricardo's apartment for its location close to the antros restaurants area, heart of the hotel zone. A 10-minute walk you can find everything. But definitely the plus was Ricardo's attention answered quickly your doubts and always ready to solve whatever you need . We were able to check in before check-in time that is appreciated as we felt confident not to be drifting once we arrived. And he supported us by keeping our bags when we went out on what we did a couple of tours. The stay is perfect for an overnight stay but definitely what makes it incredible to choose from is Ricardo's attention supported us in everything and that is appreciated when you come to a good place. I definitely recommend it

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Jesus was super helpful with everything. The check-in was easy and location was easy to find as well. Apartment was exactly as described. When I first took a shower, the hot water wasn’t working but after I let him know, he came immediately to fix it and make it to the amount of heat that I wanted. The toilets are also very good with excellent plumbing (hard to find sometimes in Cancun)! I would stay again! Thanks Jesus!

A great apartment in a quiet beautiful area of Cancún. The car can be left directly in front of the door without any problems. You are close to all untouristy and very tasty Mexican restaurants. The apartment is great and perfect for living, it has everything you need! Especially the roof terrace is great. The communication with Leonard was very quick, friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime. 💯 Recommendation! Thanks!!

The apartment was easy to get to, the area super quiet , you get to walking to the market 28, easy to take buses to the hotel zone. The flat was clean and had its perfect amenities. We would return to this place.🥰

Very good place to stay. I highlight the communication from the host who gave us clear directions and recommendations to move around. She was always available. The location is ideal to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres from the port. I recommend it!
