A fairly pleasant stay, with incredible views and absolute silence to rest . Area of good restaurants close by . The staff is very helpful , friendly and always attentive to our needs and suggestions

Super functional Monoambiente. Great views from the balcony (sea and lagoon, both). Easy access to pools, lounge chairs and beach. Opposite an Oxxo (not very stocked). The hosts (especially Isaias) of the best, with good local recommendations. I would definitely pick it again!!!

Humberto was amazing to communicate with! He always responded promptly to any question or request. The place is a bit dated and could benefit from a small renovation, especially in the bathrooms, but overall the experience was great! We love Cancun, especially the Beach Forum area—it’s our favorite spot! here’s what we loved: the beach and the view were stunning! The turquoise water was beautiful, and with the wave breaker, the water stayed calm and shallow, even when windy. It’s also super convenient, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and just 24 minutes from the airport. For the downsides: the area has a lot of nightclubs, and it can get noisy. We were right next to a beach party, and the music blasted until 3 am. Plus, since it’s a popular public beach, it gets crowded especially during the weekend. Once again, thank you so much Humberto it was such a pleasure dealing with you! You are an amazing host! See you next winter 🙂

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Nicole was the best host we have ever had and we will recommend her condos to everyone. We look forward to coming back and staying for longer! Excellent location, comfortable beds, working AC and laundry

Casa Barbie did not disappoint! Natural lighting, colorful murals, vibrant green plants, curated books, and mid-century modern furniture all combined to create a luxurious experience. We had friends who stayed down the street and walked over every morning to have coffee with us on the front porch (and the back area). We appreciated the locked gate at the end of the street as the neighborhood is a bit industrial. However, we walked to neighborhood restaurants and enjoyed authentic local food and always felt safe. We also really appreciated the attention to detail - plenty of shampoo, soaps, and nicely stocked kitchen (which you don't always find). It's a great find for the money!

It was a comfortable stay. Everything we need at hand. Very Serca shopping centers. Everything was very good. highly recommended

Fantastic host! So helpful and kind and super responsive. I loved the house, it is as advertised, it is a real home in Mexico, so a few little quirks or rough edges, but if you wanted sanitized boring cookie cutter you would have stayed at a hotel. The home is comfortable and the patio is fabulous right on the water. The location is great, so close to the ferry terminal so transport around is so easy and I really felt safe in the neighborhood. Homey. I would so happily stay here again

Isaac was an amazing host. I loved every minute of my stay at the Airbnb. Isaac was extremely helpful with recommendations and clear instructions at all times. He was amazing at taking care of any last minute obstacles, or circumstances that came up. However, what my guests and I loved more about our experience with Isaac was the customer service, and positive attitude he always treated us with. He was the friendliest and kindest host I’ve ever stayed with. Worth every single dollar of my stay. I would highly suggest anyone to book this place as it’s very centric, and very beautiful. This Airbnb has countless amenities that will make your stay worth every penny. Lastly, you should take advantage of the extra services that can be provided by him such as: transportation, in-house breakfasts, and cleaning. Overall, Isaac made every dollar I paid worth the experience. I will be coming back for many events! :)
