Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cancún

Very, very welcoming and helpful person!

Edith is a great host! She was welcoming, helped us with directions, gave us thoughtful advices and answered all questions we had. During our stay we felt at home, that was a great feeling t have for a more than two weeks, we vary appreciate that! The place itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, spacious kitchen ( we cooked a lot and enjoyed it) The location is great: Walmart and Grand Shopping Plaza is within 10 min walking distance, restaurants, laundry, public transport - everything is close. The neighborhood is amazing, it is safe family neighborhood, also there is a playground where we enjoyed playing ball games close to the place. Kabah park is close, there we had a great peaceful walks and had a chance to see a crocodile and orange iguana. It's easy to get to all beaches buy taxi or public transport, public buses are running every 15 min. We would definitely recommend Edit's place for a stay!!

Esthela and Jorge were such lovely and amazing hosts. They picked us up from the ADO bus station as we were a tad stressed about the taxi situation and even provided us towels and a mat for the beach. And the breakfast, it was so delicious and plentiful. Loved our stay here and hope to come back again!

The private bedroom and bathroom were perfect, in a beautiful and lovely house, the location was easy to find and even easier from the airport with Mariana's tips. You made my journey in Mexico so simple and infinitely more incredible than originally planned - thanks to your amazing recommendations. It was a pleasure to talk with you for hours about travels and local culture. Hope to see you soon in your adventures!

Ivan is a responsive and attentive host. The accommodation is very good, clean and secure. Since it is a secure area, it is necessary to pass two security stations before arriving at the accommodation, it is better to speak Spanish to find it more easily but you can do it! :) The accommodation is 20/25 min from the airport and nice areas of Cancun but it is necessary to have your vehicle where to use taxis (public transport seems quite complicated for this area). Thanks again Ivan, we recommend it without a problem:) Looking forward to it!

I want to thank our hosts for their hospitality and kindness during our stay at their place. From the time of booking, communication was excellent and he was always willing to answer our questions. Accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable and with easy access to public transportation. The facilities are comfortable, clean and come with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. In addition, the location of the accommodation allowed us to explore Cancun and its surroundings in a very convenient way. We were able to visit paradisiacal beaches, Mayan ruins and enjoy the delicious local gastronomy without having to travel long distances. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located place with excellent service in Cancun. Thanks again for making our holidays an unforgettable experience!

This is a hotel on the ocean. The room is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and ocean (though some trees make it a little hard to see the ocean). It has a very authentic Mexican feel to it and the receptionist was very friendly. Wifi is fast and there is Netflix. Walk in shower is nice and large. There is no beach for swimming but the pool is nice. Breakfast (toast, fruit, juice) is also included for free.

Oooooooooo weeeeeee! My King and I Stayed for 2 nights for his birthday and didn’t want to leave Casita.. I loved the cute spiral steps and the small intimate cozy home feels we had here. We ordered the package for birthday decorations in the room with red fruit/chocolate that was ready on arrival and the chocolate massage on the Rooftop same day. Wonderful! Also with the Casita you can sleep on the Futon Bed downstairs as well. They have a huge full body mirror downstairs too. The staff is beyond friendly, accommodating and attentive. It’s private and had access to the rooftop 24hrs. The Rooftop is definitely a gem <3 I can’t wait to come back. THE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING IS TRULY AMAZING!!!!! It starts you day off with clean energy and a great mood!! Issa vibe all the time on the Island. Eat, Drink and be merry all day here riding around to new places with your golf cart <3 DON’T PASS THIS PLACE UP!!!BOOK IT!!

It was a really good experience to stay at this place. The house was clean and tidy and the room was spacious and nice. The bedding was fluffy and warm so I slept well.

Excellent accommodation, the location is exactly in the city express suites hotel next to the grand outlet cancun, the room is a regular size but it complies with everything you need. It is excellent if you go shopping at the outlets or if you want to rest arriving from your flight or before leaving for your flight, it is a very quiet area, the only detail is that there is no place to buy dinner nearby, it is 10 minutes from the airport

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Cancun. The room and bathroom are a good size, very well equipped kitchen and living room. Also delicious and healthy breakfasts! Very kind and helpful hosts too.

Our stay with Eva and Kurt was THE HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Cancun. We were welcomed with warmth and joy, and we spent our stay enjoying the peaceful and magical jungle that surrounds their home. We both agreed that we wish we had just stayed here for our entire trip. It is an OASIS and a gorgeous memory that we will always cherish. Book this place! You’ll love it!

I loved the place, it is very well located. It was easy to use collective transportation to get to the beach area. Alejandro was very kind, he was very attentive to my arrival. On the other hand, Marlen makes very rich breakfasts and is a very attentive person. I had very nice talks with her. If I were to return to Cancun, I would definitely stay there again.
