Beach condo holiday rentals in Cancún

Jorge is an amazing host who communicated with us whenever we had a question leading up to reserving the condominium and continuously from that point on. He made sure we had everything we needed, including making certain that we were able to have proper transportation to the unit. The PH was very clean, very well appointed a thoughtful welcome basket as well. To our surprise, there is also a small restaurant / convenience store on the property with the nicest owner and employees with a small menu but great food when we didn’t want to leave the property We highly recommend Jorge and his condominium.

Classy apartment, beautiful pool , comfy bedding

Very nice place with excellent views of the sea. Excellent location, close to food venues, public transportation, and the cocobongo. The room is very comfortable and with all the amenities. Condominium has a pool and direct Forum beach access with its own beds, but no umbrellas. The room has beach umbrella for guest use.

This place is lovely - the ocean view is great, the condo is clean with a cleaning service and fresh towels every 2 days (included), the host is most accommodating and helpful and the beach and condo are quiet and relaxing. While it's a bit away from the more commercial area further north, the bus stop is right outside and there are always taxis at the front entrance. There are also at least 3 excellant restaurants within walking distance. And reasonable tours can be arranged at the desk in the lobby. We loved our stay here.

It is very well located, the beach is the most beautiful in Cancun to my liking. The apartment is very good only the visiting bathroom is a little neglected. Thank you so much, we enjoyed some very nice days. The food at the beach restaurant is very rich.

This will be a long review. Overall: The apartment is well located with easy access to most things. There was a COVID-19 fogging which gave piece of mind and the apartment includes all the essentials to have a comfortable stay. The apartment is not as close to the nicer beaches, but they are only a bus ride away. Everyone including Carlos were extremely nice. I stayed in the Condo for a month with my 4-year-old daughter, I did not rent a car as the bus is awfully close to the apartment and goes everywhere in the hotel zone or you can catch a taxi. There are not a lot of great restaurants in walking distance but there is a little cafe one street over behind the hotel calypso and the food is affordable and tasty. Across the street is the pier to go to the island Mujeres there is a nice restaurant with live music and salsa dancing. For nicer restaurants you will want to catch the bus or taxi. It is better to go to the grocery store Chedraui or Walmart which Carlos was generous enough to give us a ride to the chedraui. The shower is a bit hard to turn off and I felt bad because it dripped the whole time, but this was not a major issue as the shower itself was fine. Its great having two bathrooms but we mostly only used the main one. The middle bedroom does not have A/C and can get warm but if you open all the windows and use the fans you barely need A/C except for at night. The a/c in the living room can practically cool down the whole house. I thought the a/c in the bedroom was not that great, but I realized that if you keep the fan off in the bedroom that a/c can make the room really cold which is important for me as I am a hot sleeper. I really do not love the sunlight early in the morning, so I tossed the comforter from the second bedroom over the curtain rod to block out the sun it worked! I would suggest bringing a beach towel and face towels if you are going to stay a long time so that you are not having to wash towels every day or so. Also bring your favorite seasonings if you plan to cook. For a long stay you will need to buy toilet paper( there were only 2 rolls for the month) and other personal items like soap, shampoo as these were mini sizes . The washer machine is a washer and dryer in one it takes forever to wash a load, wash clothes over night choose the levado and secado option. The clothes may still feel a little damp I hang them on the back of the chairs or the laundry line hanging outside the second bedroom. Do not make the mistake of leaving the door open too long at night as the Mosquitos are horrible and will bite you up, I tried to avoid being out too late when the sun went down without wearing full coverage clothes. There is no view from the apartment and if you look out the windows in the room you will be looking at the navy officers, they can see you and sometimes they wave. This made me feel safe. The apartment can be a little loud because the jolly roger is right across the street, they do fireworks every night and you can hear them playing music and talking on the speaker, but it does not last all night, sometimes you can hear the music from passing boats on the lagoon. The lagoon is cool you can see large iguanas if your quiet enough and even feed the fish! The pool is usually empty, I do wish they cleaned it a bit more frequently but really being nitpicky at this point. There is a store right next door at the Calypso please bring pesos because if not you will end up paying more. I am grateful for the location because it was not crowded and was easy to social distance. The obvious minuses are the lack of view and not being located on the beach. Overall 5 stars Carlos is really a super host and even helped me get a nanny for my daughter! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Very good service, the lobby staff was always very friendly , the building is close to the nightclubs and access to beaches , plus in front of this one you can wait for collection to the tours , internet, water , light , air conditioning , TV , excellent. Has potential to continue improving ( amenities).

Super nice place, impeccable, we were looking for something close to the airport, very comfortable and pleasant to spend time with family or friends. The only thing is that there are stairs to enter the accommodation and if one has many suitcases it can be heavy for someone who is not in very good physical condition.

She was a wonderful host.I would highly recommend.

Good room, great host, incredible view

Beautiful penthouse apartment with the most amazing view. Was so relaxing to wake up to a magnificent overlook of the ocean everyday. Was perfectly spacious for our family Christmas of 6. Location is great with downtown Cancun not too far away and a shop with essentials on site. Restaurant on site great as back up, though recommend making the trek into town as food is much better. Note the rooftop terrace is closed. Not significantly missed though as the apartment itself is more than spacious. Letty (the house cleaner) is a queen. The nicest person and helped us out so much to keep the apartment clean and organized.

The unit itself has a beautiful interior and amazing patio. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked! There was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 9 and our luggage. The location within the resort was fantastic, just steps from the restaurant, pools, and beach. The resort was gorgeous and had so many wonderful amenities, including easy access to the marina and a market with a great selection. The hosts were super responsive. We had a ton of questions before and during our trip - they were always so helpful and very quick to get back to us. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip - even coordinating someone to pick up and put away our groceries for us! We had an issue with the grocery order and even though it was not their fault or responsibility, they took care of it for us. The only down side may be the distance to the Cancun hotel zone but it was a much slower, more relaxing setting. Beach was also gorgeous! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

5 Star UNBEATABLE VIEWS. Beautiful views of beach, lagoon, landscape, near 360 degrees. Although conodo complex is aged, this apartment is well taken care of. Any concerns/issues, Gabo is prompt to respond and will try his best to fix. Photos/description are accurate. The main selling point is the incredible views, I don’t think you can beat it from this penthouse. Book it and you will not be dissapointed. Definitely a 5 STAR AirBnB. One note, shampoo/conditioner and body wash not included so bring your own.
