We had a great time at the villa. Equipment and condition as seen in the pictures. Since the villa is completely oriented to the north, unfortunately you have almost only shade on the terrace - in summer certainly pleasant, in autumn unfortunately a little chilly with a north wind. But that didn't bother us, as we found out in advance. The barbecue area could be better equipped, accessories are missing here. The designation of outlets for wood / coal would also be helpful. Contact with the host and Valia was possible at any time, there was a quick response to inquiries. You can just feel comfortable here. We'd love to come back anytime!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. It is in a small town with no facilities (apart from a very informal cafe next door), but the quiet area was exactly what we were looking for. Yes there are some dogs etc, but not excessive, the noise is just local life in the town, which was actually really lovely. The hosts were extremely communicative, we had a few minor issues, but they were sorted in a matter of minutes! Loads of tavernas, beaches, supermarkets within a very short drive, spoilt for choice for loads of amazing food. Highly recommend a stay here, the villa, area, food and people were all fantastic.

We are just back from a wonderful 2 week stay at Thomas House. Everything was perfect. We were greeted on arrival and looked after very well. The owner was incredibly kind and generous, Manolis helped us wherever he could - organised our transfer from the airport and anything else we needed. Fabulous house with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and within easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and are thinking when we can visit again. Thank you

It was one of the best places we visited. The place is new and has everything you need. It was very clean, the view was incredible, and communication and support were excellent. The grill was also great. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

A gem and a beautiful retreat in southern Crete. The villa has everything your heart desires, a beautiful view, pool and a modern kitchen that makes every heart of a hobby cook beat faster. I will miss the morning and evening bath in the pool with the view. Since it has almost no light pollution, you can see a starry sky and the Milky Way with the naked eye. Secluded beaches are easily accessible by car within 30 minutes, so a car is highly recommended. Doesn't have to be an SUV. Sam is available at any time and communicates very quickly. Furthermore, he or Lefteris are always available with tips and advice. Sam and Anel are more than super hosts and I can recommend their villa villa 200%.

We were there during the fall holidays and can warmly recommend the house. Since we had a rental car, the place was easy to reach. You have a private parking space and we felt very comfortable and safe, as the houses are additionally secured by a gate. The location is a bit remote, but very private and quiet. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and the private pool was just great. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were cozy and the furnishings in the house were perfectly adequate and very modern. A dining table is not available in the house, but that did not bother us in any way, as the weather in October was still so good that we could always eat outside. Maria helped us check in and gave us good excursion tips almost every day and inquired if everything was okay. The photos of the description are true to the original and reflect exactly what you actually find. We were super satisfied

We loved every day here! Very high-quality amenities, tasteful and cozy furnishings, kitchen is well equipped (everything you need for cooking and enough to fill a dishwasher), very clean and fresh towels and bed linen, fantastic view (all 5 terraces!) with wonderful tranquility, and an extraordinarily warm welcome package (wine, milk, fresh fruit, vegetables, honey...). Very special!

The vila is like in the pictures, with a lot of space and a good position with view to the sea. ✨

Our family stay was even more enjoyable than expected. We quickly felt right at home. The house (Polymnia) is exactly as described and illustrated by the photos. The view and environment are amazing, while the pool delighted the children. The house is perfectly maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms is very efficient. The overall equipment is complete. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking, with basic condiments as well. Chrysi is an extremely available host, pleasant to contact. Very responsive, she always responded to our requests, no matter how small. She loves her region and does not hesitate to share her knowledge through valuable advice. We would recommend this simply magical place without thinking twice.

This is a great place to stay in if you are looking for a lovely villa and pool in a very quiet and private location. The main sound is the goat bells ringing across the hills, yes really! Although it’s in the countryside there is easy access to the coast and the nearest village Vamos. Recommend trying the restaurants in Vamos. The hosts Judy and Mike are fantastic and are there to help if needed but otherwise give you space to enjoy this lovely place. Thanks very much Judy and Mike!!

This is our second stay at Sofia’s house, just as lovely as before. Sofia is a great host always ready to help. The view is amazing as always and the food delicious. A very relaxing holiday.

Amazing villa in an amazing location. Great for the family. Manos and his team could not have been more accommodating or helpful! We had a really great stay.

We were well received! Angelina was a very nice woman to communicate with. The first night on arrival we got dinner from her because we were delayed 24 hours and the supermarkets were not open. Villa was very clean. Only downside was the wifi in the villa. The connection was very poor and in a room you had no connection at all. After we indicated that there was no wifi, she told me it would be taken care of. After we had raised this, we were in the villa for 9 days. During that remaining time, we didn't hear back from that. The taxi that was offered to take us was also a good taxi service. And all other activities and services offered were high quality. The cleaning ladies were good and thorough in their work which made the villa well maintained. In short, the wifi was a very nice vacation experience and a very nice host.

This was probably the nicest AirBnB we have stayed at . Everything was well put together and the amenities were incredible. Directions were very clear with links to Google maps on how to find the place. The kitchen was supplied with every utensil one could ever need. Hosts left welcome food and snacks. The house was clean, modern, and felt like home. We had one small issue when we were there, and the host team replied within 45 minutes, making it one of the most responsive hosts we’ve worked with. I would hands down stay here again.

A beautiful, functional, new and clean house in a colourful and a peaceful village. The village located on a mountain and the weather there is amazing. In a 15 minutes drive you will reach beautiful beach - so you win tow different geography in one stay. The communication with the owner was excellent - fast responded for every question and need we had and helped use get along. Warmly Recommend!

As a young family our stay at Gianna’s was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space in the garden for the kids to play and a playground to use, A grill in the yard, sun beds and a hammock to rest and read a book. A 10-15 minute walk to the main beach and restaurants. A great location to start the incredible hike to the gorge with Monastery.

The house is in a great location in a quiet village. It is an ideal place to get quiet from the city's noise. A stone house from an earlier era that has, of course, been renovated but at the same time has kept the character of an old village house. Mr. Frantzeskakis was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all! Until we meet again!

Our stay at Despina and Panagioti's home was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The house itself is clean, beautifully designed with a modern twist, and perfectly situated in the heart of a friendly and inviting village. Every detail in the home has been thoughtfully considered, creating a comfortable and stylish environment. The villagers were incredibly welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable experience. Very nice house, tastefully furnished and decorated, with all the amenities, large kitchen, barbecue, etc. Outside we enjoyed the large, very shaded terrace. The courtyard offers great privacy. The nearby village is very pleasant on foot, and offers many restaurants and cafes. Everything was perfect, I recommend it. A big thank you to the owners for their responsiveness and attention.

BEAUTIFUL clean home located in the hills if Crete. It is about a 20-30minute drive from the city but is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway with a number of village nearby. The home has all the necessary amenities aswell as amazing views of the villages, hills, olive groves and ocean. Yiorgo and his friend Stella are proactive, responsive and super helpful. Should I return to Crete I would rent this home again.

A little gem in the quiet village of Stavros. Ideal for couples who want to relax in a peaceful environment. The beautiful little house is ideally situated, in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance from a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the famous Zorba Beach. George has made excellent use of the space in the house, which is modern and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The real wow factor is the outside space. A large private terrace with comfortable furniture, high quality sun loungers and of course our own, private pool. George is very friendly and is always available should you need any assistance with anything. A super host and we highly recommend this lovely house. Fabulous!
