The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. A fantastic vacation house of 72sqm for up to 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms+bathroom in the lower floor and a spacious open kitchen and living room+bathroom upstairs. rand new furniture and appliances are introduced ! Fresh pictures are uploaded constantly! The Wifi Internet is pretty amazing and works perfect! On the hill with a veranda with unlimited views, overlooking the bay. Capacity: 4 to 5 people Floor level: Kitchen (fully furnished with washing machine-coffee maker-oven) and lounge -air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On loft: a double bed and an extra bed. the house has its own place to swim to share (occasionally) another house of the same owner! It is really a superb place, with a patio overlooking the bay.
