Traditional stone house by the sea...

KrissyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My family stayed for a month and felt welcomed and at home. We stayed during Feb so things were quiet but we made friends with the locals who are all lovely. The house is in a beautiful location and very peaceful - we had everything we needed and George was always on hand to help us when we needed it. We felt safe and taken care of despite the remoteness. Thank you to Antonis and his family for having us and being such hospitable hosts. We highly recommend.

Villa Vido

BryceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We enjoyed a very pleasant 12 days at Manos & Sofi’s house at the end of January. The weather was perfect with 17 degrees and sun every day. A bit chilly at night but the house has heat, and comfortable blankets. Communication was great from the beginning, and they gave us some excellent tips on places to eat. The house is beautiful with sea and mountain views, an olive grove, and chickens and cats roaming about. It was a perfect escape from the gloom of Germany at this time of year. You will almost certainly want to rent a car. There are a mini market and a few restaurants within walking distance, but most things were closed for the winter, and public transport isn’t running regularly. We were able to get a small car from Hertz at the airport for about €20 / day.

Traditional Greek Stone House

JohannesRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Great and cosy stone house, makes you feel very welcome in a cute greek village. Location of Gerani is great and in good approximity to Episkopi beach and Rethymno. Has all amenities one can expect from a house someone actually lives in. plus Eleni and her Son are very nice. Keep in mind it's a small bed (firm yet comfortable). Directly park at the parking lot by Staras Tavern though, it is directly next to the house. All in all one of the few good and authentic airbnb experiences.

Bright, Serene Penthouse in Town Center w/ Seaview

Lovely neat little apartment in a busy area but high enough up to not be too noisy. The lift is a real bonus, and it’s close to everything! Perfect for 2, I wouldn’t want to fit 4. Huge balcony with plenty of shade works beautifully as an extra room. We had lots of problems with the Wi-Fi but the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed fairly quickly, though it did end up very slow. I’d recommend and would stay again.

Beach Holiday Home 2, 20 metres from the beach!

ClaudiuRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Sardines Luxury Suites 1

AbiRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful vacation here. The villa is just lovely. The pool amazing and great amenities. A lovely welcome fridge and toiletries, there is nothing you could want. Attention to detail is great. They clean the villa every other day, checking first if convenient. I have never spent time in such a clean villa. Also, I had a special request for a shower seat, Domitrios sorted this out for me, with no problems. If we needed any assistance, either Nicky or Domitrios, responded exceptionally quickly. I highly recommend this place for a vacation. It’s great for beaches, eating out and a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful villa, with kind and dependable hosts. Many thanks

Sweet memories in amazing Villa Eualia w pool

LaurenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Our stay was absolutely amazing, we had a delayed flight so Giorgos gave us very clear instructions of how to get to the property and how to check ourselves in The villa is in a very peaceful village amongst the mountains and there is a very friendly neighbour next door who kindly offered us his vegetables and invited us to the nearby tavern The villa itself was spotless and matches the pictures exactly, all expected amenities are provided. The kitchen (outside and inside) was equipped with everything you could need There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill that is excellent for everything you might need Giorgos was very responsive with any queries we had and it was no trouble getting hold of him whenever we needed him Would definitely recommend if staying at this property that you get a hire car, as it is in the tops of the mountains and a taxi to the airport was €35 and to the bottom of the hill roughly €10-€20
