Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

This was a perfect base of operations for my scuba diving trip, only a few minutes walk from the piers and local eateries in town. I never needed a taxi. The host provided a big water cooler (you can't drink tap water on Cozumel) as well as some sunscreen in case you needed it. It's adjacent to the cruise terminal and the navy station, so it feels very safe. I would certainly stay there again.

This apartment was in a great location, had a beautiful view of the water, and was just steps away from great restaurants and the Puerto Morelos zocalo. Very spacious with two full baths and a great deck for daytime Sunning or evening relaxing.

We booked this Airbnb last minute and Francisco was very responsive (answering within minutes) and helpful with all my questions. I was working remote so I needed to make sure the internet was good, and it was great! I had no issues with speed or connection at all. The beds were really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept on. Everything felt very clean and fresh. The beach was beautiful, residents in the building cleaned the beach every morning so there was no sea weed or shells. The condo was really well designed, beautiful furniture, smart TV with netflix, etc. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, the 4th bathroom near the kitchen smelt a bit like sewage, but it was very clean and we just kept the door shut so it didn't bother us. Finally the location was really easy to find, there are some restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and we used uber to visit Progreso which only cost like $3 CAD each time. Definitely recommend this Airbnb!

It's one of the stays we've enjoyed the most. The house has everything the listing shows and from the start we felt right at home. It's wonderful to open the door and have the beach right there, like backyard. In the refri there is food delivery recommendation but we decided to go out and we found a place very close where you eat rich; it's called El Angélito. We also went a couple of times to another restaurant we saw on Google and they have delicious fried fish. His name is Sayachaltun and is highly recommended. Regarding Charly, he is one of the best hosts. He is always attentive and really friendly and approachable. We will definitely be back home.

This property is exactly as described. It is well built and well appointed with lots of space inside and out. All bedrooms are spacious with roomy bathrooms and large closets. Marianna at Aria Lodgings was the most responsive host we have encountered. She was always helpful and even delivered a hairdryer personally. The beach is small but private and the addition of sand area near the pool was lovely. Highly recommend and hope to come back next year!

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

This was our 3rd trip to Holbox, but first ABnB and first time on the eastern side. The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, everything easy to find and use. The host contacted us daily to see if we needed anything. We loved the plunge pool and the location was perfect, in that we could walk to things easily or arrange a taxi when we wanted one. All the rooms were well kept, the beds were comfortable, the views spectacular, couldn't ask for anything else.

It’s a great home base, pretty strong wifi and comfortable house. The master bed is like a soft pillow, a bit too soft to sleep on for longer than a day or two, but it was very cozy! The other beads were more firm. The sheets and blankets and pillows were older but clean. The shower water system works as well as can be expected - it heats up in about 25 minutes, not bad! Flip the switch and then wait for a bit before you have a shower, no problem. The water pressure is very low, as it is in many little towns we’ve visited. Tony cleaned the beach for us, so sweet. There were tons and tons of shells on the beach, it was cool to find nice ones and make a collection while we were there. Progreso was nice little town with a cool beach front parade with food carts and entertainers - it was a cool experience on a Sunday night but the e following days was dead! Must be times with the cruise ships arrival! Chicxulub was not impressive but no big deal since it’s just a little town.

This was an extremely beautiful place in a beautiful location. The place is in the center of it all and easy to get to anywhere in town. The place is in the center of it all but yet you’ll feel like you’re in a private surrounding. The house is beautiful with everything you would need to have a great experience. We went with family and had a great experience with the place and location.

We wanted a family vacation that was quiet and relaxing, this was the place! Mario was super accommodating for a few things we had questions on. The views of the ocean from the house were awesome, every room has an ocean view. Large open family room/dinning/kitchen directly connected to a large deck-meets all relaxation needs. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk on a sandy path through beautiful tropical plants with colorful butterflies. The beach is vast, great for long walks, shell collecting, always a show from the pelicans diving for fish, a shallow entry to the warm clear waters. Sisal is a sleepy Mexican town that reminded of us of what Tulum was 25-30 years ago, very few tourists. The Palmar Beach Club was a great little spot to hang at for the day-yummy ceviche, margaritas etc. Pamela, the chef we hired most days was fantastic, highly recommend her. Mérida is an hour or so drive away. We hope to come back, lots of great memories.

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

This was the best Airbnb experience that I’ve ever had. Marco was such a wonderfully communicative host and explained things in an easy way. He had great suggestions about local restaurants and things to do even transportation. Everything in the condo was exactly as stated even better really. The kitchen with a wonderful brand new stove was so great to make family meals and memories! Getting to the beautiful beaches and the port was easy just a five dollar taxi ride with no need to even rent a golf cart. Isla Mujeres was a beautiful place and we had a great time on the island. Can’t thank him enough for the great experience!

This is a beautiful condo that overlooks the ocean! For the price and the location, I would highly recommend staying here.
