Stefanie , is lovely, thoughtful and place is spotless .. as others mentioned on weekends lots of local noise well into the early hours of morning ( overnight).. music , laughter .. local flavour .. if you’re ok with this then dont hesitate to book ! ie location not for everyone but we loved being away from glossy hotel zone ..

Super functional Monoambiente. Great views from the balcony (sea and lagoon, both). Easy access to pools, lounge chairs and beach. Opposite an Oxxo (not very stocked). The hosts (especially Isaias) of the best, with good local recommendations. I would definitely pick it again!!!

I only stayed in Puerto Morales for 2 days and this lovely seafood was perfect. It was equipped with beach towels to fresh drinking water and the outdoor space is massive- phenomenal view! It is on the 3 floor which is why you are in direct line with the ocean ( a few stairs to climb) Thank You Andrea! I enjoyed my stay immensely. Comfortable bed, A/C, fans, huge Shower, view and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Love this place.

The house is located on the edge of a very quiet place, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is perfect there: private beach, garden with palm trees and seating, terrace to the sea and another terrace with pool. There are two bathrooms and two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and canoe, and also the place has everything you need for an idyllic stay. The house is lovingly furnished, decorated and also nicely lit in the evening. Check-in, out and all communication was straightforward, quick, and very helpful. A car is highly recommended there. Thanks for renting this great house!!

This was the first time we had stayed off resort, and we absolutely LOVED it! Short walk to the beach - which felt like our very own! We never had to worry about getting there to save our spot! She helped us with car rental so everything was seamless! She checked in on us periodically just to make sure we were OK and answered any questions we had right away! By the time we left I felt like we were good friends! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Paola!!!

This property is exactly as described. It is well built and well appointed with lots of space inside and out. All bedrooms are spacious with roomy bathrooms and large closets. Marianna at Aria Lodgings was the most responsive host we have encountered. She was always helpful and even delivered a hairdryer personally. The beach is small but private and the addition of sand area near the pool was lovely. Highly recommend and hope to come back next year!

It’s a great home base, pretty strong wifi and comfortable house. The master bed is like a soft pillow, a bit too soft to sleep on for longer than a day or two, but it was very cozy! The other beads were more firm. The sheets and blankets and pillows were older but clean. The shower water system works as well as can be expected - it heats up in about 25 minutes, not bad! Flip the switch and then wait for a bit before you have a shower, no problem. The water pressure is very low, as it is in many little towns we’ve visited. Tony cleaned the beach for us, so sweet. There were tons and tons of shells on the beach, it was cool to find nice ones and make a collection while we were there. Progreso was nice little town with a cool beach front parade with food carts and entertainers - it was a cool experience on a Sunday night but the e following days was dead! Must be times with the cruise ships arrival! Chicxulub was not impressive but no big deal since it’s just a little town.

Mac’s place is perfect for a couple looking for a quaint, comfortable beachfront location with a pool that is quiet and private yet a close walk or drive to a handful of small boutique hotels for drinks and food. It’s also only a 15 minute drive away from stores, Tulum town and Tulum beach road. We plan on staying there again!

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Cecillia and her team were absolutely GREAT! We are so grateful to Bethsua and Jimmy for taking great care of us during our stay! They are both very friendly and always ready to help us with any requests we had! We have been to Isla Mujeres many times and have stayed at amazing Airbnbs on the island. We really enjoyed our time at Sandy Beach! Coline was very quick to answer our questions and help us with transport to the property. We were greeted by the house manager Guillermo who speaks English very well and helped answer any questions. The house offered a helpful guidebook with local suggestions. We felt very safe and taken care of by the house staff. Taxis to Centro are easy to access at the hotel next door. Ride is $10USD/150 Pesos. For those looking to get groceries, we recommend the MEGA 150-200 pesos (take shopping bags or available for purchase). We especially enjoyed North beach for the beautiful beach, quieter pace, and the ability to snorkel outside the door. Highly recommend this property and we are already dreaming of our next visit!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

We needed a day to continue enjoying the stay in Oscar's apartment and the beautiful beaches of Progreso. Oscar is a very good host for being aware and taking care of every detail of the place. Totally recommended and of course we will return God through. 😃

The location was perfect: right on the beach, short walk to the restaurants, shops, main plaza. The pool is great for kiddos. Cece was very responsive, respectful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to a lot of night life and restaurants but quiet nevertheless. The place is functional with a nice ocean view. Not luxurious but the listing is as described. I’d recommend it.

This was a great spot for our family to relax and explore Puerto Morelos. Two spacious bedrooms, with bathrooms in each. It was nice having AC and a washer and dryer. Decks with a view, a pool, and a beach out front with lounge chairs with a beach club next door to grab a piña colada and to hear some music. We didn’t cook because there were so many great restaurants to check out. We walked everywhere on the Portside and ordered a taxi when we went to Colonia - don’t miss the churros in the park! Cathy was great at sharing her favorite places, answering my questions, and making sure someone was there to let us in.
