Townhouse holiday rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

The house exceeded our expectations. Impeccable cleanliness. Everything worked perfect. Ana's excellent care. It has everything you need to have a good vacation. We finished very happy.

We had a great time staying in the very ‘homey’ space. The house was exquisitely clean when we arrived with all the amenities we could have wished for. Extra towels were available and the house felt safe within the small compound. The pool was a great place to relax in the day and the hosts were extremely helpful in suggesting local taxis and tours. Highly recommend. Only slight downside is it is about 15-20 min walk into town centre but no problem if you rent a bike!

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. Location can't be beat. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms was fabulous! Plus lots of common space. Overall complex was quiet. Marian was incredibly responsive and flexible. Parking was easy and secure.

Elena's place was very comfortable for our group of 3. The location inside the Tulum Country Club was very quiet and private. Surprisingly walking to the beach was only a half hour but there is also shuttles available from the nearby resort. Elena was a responsive host and able to address any questions we had promptly. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place that is more secluded and relaxing that staying in Tulun or Puerto Aventuras.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Casey’s Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Casey was incredibly responsive and attentive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here, and I’d definitely book again!

10/10 would stay here again. From the beginning, Karla was extremely helpful and responsive to everything we required and more. Walking in, the place is exactly as it is described, with accessibility to the beach being its best selling point (as well as the very quiet side of 5th Ave). We were welcomed with a small pantry of food, as well as other items to make our stay comfortable, including adequate wifi, and a shaded space for sitting outside. Since we stayed for the month, Karla offered us a change of bedding and towels, as well as brought us cooking utensils and a full size fold out bed (for when a fourth guest visited us). Although the room is a studio, the pictures represent the place and it is quite comfortable for 2-3 people. To top it off, when our plans fell through, Karla let us extend our stay here worry free. Thanks for everything :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Siwa Rulum in Mexico for three days, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location was ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that offered a perfect mix of local culture and convenience. away from stunning beaches, delicious restaurants, and unique shops. The area felt safe and lively, allowing me to explore freely. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the pool entrance where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Everything has been perfect. The house is beautiful and clean, surrounded by trees and calm. Jorge and Veronica are super hosts. We’ll come back for sure !

The house is beautiful, Angelina as a host is extremely attentive and thoughtful, we really couldn't choose a better place for our stay in Campeche and celebrate our inn. For our bad luck we had a situation on the road that delayed us on arrival but Angelina super understandable welcomed us and offered us extra complimentary time. Since I book, I have been bothering Angelina with doubts about the city, providers, distances, etc and all the time there was fluid communication with her. I definitely start with her the experience of "being at home" a lot before check-in and that was priceless. Onto the house, it's divine! Super comfortable, it has everything you need to not go out and stay to rest. Not to mention that we went on Christmas month and the decoration couldn't be more ad hoc. I take advantage of the space to wish you happy parties!! 🎁🎄 I hope our paths cross soon and THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING ✨🙏 has been wonderful.

They definitely exceeded our expectations! The place is in a quiet area of Cancun, away from traffic and hotel buzz and close to the main streets to go to the beaches of Cancun and visit other places such as the parks of Xcaret and Playa del Carmen It's very close to the airport It's bigger than it might seem in the photos, super comfortable for 6 people. It also has the terrace and lounge areas outside where we spend pleasant moments. We would definitely stay with you again, very attentive, friendly hosts and were attentive at all times ☺️

Highly recommend this place!! You can tell he went above and beyond when creating this space. The pool is an amazing touch especially in the heat. The bathroom was spacious. And for us, finding a wonderful place with a King bed was key. Thanks Terry!

Sadly we weren’t actually able to stay at all, the city has not supplied her house with electricity and the house is not able to host. However Stephanie responded right away and took care of the cancellation! I recommend staying with her whenever the issue is fixed, as it’s clear she is a good host and I wish we could have enjoyed the home
