Monthly Rentals in Warrington

We Really enjoyed our stay in Dalynda’s condo. It was close to base and Very convenient for my son to get to when he came to spend time with us. I absolutely Loved the balcony and the view of the Bayou. I just wish it been a little warmer this trip! Not far from Downtown, a CVS, a Walmart, restaurants (sit down or fast food). I would Definitely like to stay here again!

Cute house was exactly as pictured and very clean, which was a concern for a non-pet owner in a pet friendly place. There were plenty of towels, paper products and kitchen amenities to make us feel at home. The house is located in a working class neighborhood in Pensacola, not Pensacola Beach..the sand is 20 minutes and 2 bridges (one has a toll) away. It is close to the Navy base if that is why you're there, and we did see the Blue Angels fly over. The neighborhood has a walking trail along the perimeter, and there are multiple park spaces and even a pier and boat launch nearby. You can't walk to coffee, shopping or restaurants, so a car is necessary, although the bus does run right by, so that's an option. Lee the host was exceptional; responsive and thoughtful.

The space worked perfectly for my needs. The bathroom is quite small but I am a very small person - so just be aware. I loved the walking path by the water 😍. I was there to visit my daughter at Corry Station. It was 8 min away and also by NAS for when we wanted to pop over there! There were plenty of towels and blankets available. There is a Murphy queen I think. Then the “couch” is actually a day bed with a trundle. I also loved the TV set up. You can log into all your accounts and it automatically logs you off on your check out day!

Loved that the place was located somewhere secluded and quiet. Had nice & helpful neighbors as well. The view from the living room was amazing & the decorations were just the cherry on top.
