Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Warrington

Caroline’s house was wonderful! House was large and welcoming, with all the amenities anyone would need. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing after the busy day. The yard was private and fenced in, and the dogs absolutely loved it! Caroline even had amenities for the dogs! Caroline was extremely responsive, and always made sure we had what we needed. I don’t think she supplied the “never ever happens” snow storm for us, but being from the north we simply enjoyed the novelty of snow in Florida!! Would highly recommend Caroline as host, and Caroline’s house for a memorable vacation. Thank you Caroline!

i cannot recommend this home enough. i loved the authentic vintage decor. felt like i was a kid again at home with my great grandmother. i will definitely be booking again next time we’re in town! my kids loved the place, beds were comfy. plenty of extra blankets, kitchen was phenomenal. backyard was beautiful and private. and plenty of extra soap if you forgot any. and very peaceful neighborhood.

Our family truly enjoyed our visit to Pensacola and the convenience of this Airbnb. Plenty of room for all four of us and our dogs loved the backyard and daily walks to the park. The walk to Bruce Beach overlooking the bay is easy and such a gorgeous spot for kids to play and adults to unwind. The beds are super comfortable and the rest of the furniture works great in the space. Hangers available for our clothes and plenty of kitchen supplies made this the perfect home away from home for a week. Will definitely rent again for future visits.

We had a very pleasant stay here! The loft was spotless, check-in and check-out were smooth. My 6'5" husband did have to duck to fit in the shower, but for a two night stay it was no bother. The location was lovely - we walked to restaurants/coffee/bars and enjoyed a quiet sit on the front porch. We would stay here again.

Such a cut and pretty place. Supper quiet and close to all of the places we always like to go. Also, the view from the deck is gorgeous.

We had a wonderful week in Perdido Key! The condo was great, the location was very nice with access to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Olga was an excellent host, communicated very well and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We would love to come back again next year!

Loved my stay! It was nice to have to this retreat after working. Beautiful remodel, bonus was the gorgeous old homes in the neighborhood. The full kitchen was so convenient, everything in it was clean. Stunning millwork and high ceilings were so pretty. Guestbook was full of recommendations, sadly all I did was work. I shared this link with my traveling co workers and will definitely be here again.

This humble apartment has everything you need for your stay in Downtown Pensacola! I felt safe and cozy in this space not to mention the detail and structure was beautiful. If I need to come back I know where I want to stay!

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed the view and the condo was beautiful. Had some good seafood at Acme and enjoyed meeting some friendly locals also. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We plan to visit again soon.

We were in unit 4511 for the snow storm of the century and had a great time! See our pictures for the snow drifts among the pool chairs. That was crazy. The heat and air conditioning both work well creating a comfy cozy space to relax and unwind. This unit has morning sun so we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins go by every morning from 7-8 then a few steps to the beach to stroll and find seashells. Both a regular and keurig coffee maker and a fully furnished kitchen made cooking easy and fun for nights we wanted to stay in. The stacked washer and dryer worked really well and the shower had great water pressure but the best part of the stay was the bed, not too hard and not too soft, just right. We were there for a few weeks and would definitely return. Especially because I won at Monday night bingo!!

Staying a month provided me an economical accommodation in a location right across the street from the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores and many other things located very close. Also a great place to talk and jog!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Cozy, clean and quiet! Perfect place for a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking meals. Comfortable beds,linen and towels. Bathroom has washer and dryer and thoughtful amenities. Indoor pool is clean and warm. Outdoor pool and landscaping makes you forget about going to the ocean even though the state park beach and National Seashore are really only a few minutes away. (Do go for the sunset!) It felt like being in Key West! We loved our stay at the Salt Shack!

Our stay at this Pensacola Beach condo was absolutely amazing! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our annual event. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right for us, with checkout expectations that were simple and manageable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will most definitely be booking this gem again next year. Highly recommend!
