Holiday rentals with a patio in Viserba

The listing was exactly as described, extremely clean and Alessandro and Claudia responded to inquiries super quickly, were so helpful and made sure we were all ok. Would highly recommend as the beach was so close to the AirBnB, restaurants were all around and it was a beautiful apartment. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

We 5 adults and 2 dogs were there for 8 days, felt good at home. The apartment is large enough for all of us, was pleasant. The view at the balcony to the sea or to the San Marino was very nice. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Staying in Gisella and Roberto's beautiful house was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and full of attention, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the territory immersed in the Marche hills.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Simply wonderful house, in a wonderful village. Perfect cleanliness, everything you need in the kitchen with a wonderful view, the photos do not do justice. For a vacation and discovering Santarcangelo and the Romagna surroundings is the perfect home

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

We booked for an event at the fair with colleagues and had a really good time. The house is warm and welcoming, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! Friendly host and present for any requests. Clean and well located apartment

We were so incredibly happy with our stay at Giuliana’s (Ilaria) place. We were in Riccione for the MotoGP and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay over the busy weekend. Ilaria and Luigi were so kind as to print out our tickets for us and had them ready for our check in. They were also so kind as to let us check in very, very late due to flight delays. We also had lost our baggage on our way over to Riccione so we had 0 clothes, 0 toiletries etc. and Ilaria had let us know there was a market nearby on the day after we arrived which we managed to purchase basic clothing and underwear etc, which we don’t think we would have managed to get without this recommendation. We couldn’t recommend them enough and although we had a really difficult trip over, they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful all throughout our stay. Thank you very much, we may be back 😊

The apartment is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate five people. It is in a very quiet area, halfway between Urbino and Pesaro, ideal to visit these two centers. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. Sabrina is also a welcoming host and always ready to meet the needs of guests.
