Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Rimini

Had a great stay at Susanna’s place! It was easy to access, exactly as described in the profile and we were greeted with little gifts from the host. Everything was clean, bed sheets and linen new and the kitchen was ready to use. The apartment is located in a very popular area, full of restaurants and bars, but also in 2min walking distance from the beach. A Conad store is also very close by! All in all, a nice place with a very friendly host!

Great Place, Nothing too fancy but does the job! Location is awesome, walking distance to station (basically across the road) and you can walk all the way to city centre from by just walking straight down the street.

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Linda's new apartment booked with no reviews. Saved the price and photos. But in reality, the apartment is even better!!! Everything is new, newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with appliances: large TV, refrigerator, microwave, capsule and geyser coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The bonus is the water filter. All kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. There is enough. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet. Towels are plentiful, all quality. Comfortable mattresses, nice beds, new bed linen. Lots of shelves and storage cabinets. There is an ironing board, iron. There is a sofa in the kitchen. 6 sleeping places. 2 balconies. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, shops, restaurants, markets nearby. Linda is the best hostess. Very intelligent, responsible, courteous, humane. Helped us with everything during our stay. Always in touch, gave useful tips. Offered to meet our family at the station, took with luggage at the end of the holiday. We have the very best experience staying at Linda's place.

We were received very flexible and friendly. The place was as shown on the pictures! A very nice house with wonderful pool. Definetly recommend.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the house. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel comfortable right away. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a peaceful corner in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Veronica was always kind and ready to listen to and solve our needs. The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! Very nice and well furnished villa surrounded by greenery. Convenient location for everything but at the same time out of the chaos. Very kind and helpful guest.

Our experience was exceptional! Host was extremely attentive, always available and helpful, making our stay even more special. Communication was quick and efficient, and he gave us great tips about the region. The space exceeded our expectations: clean, well-organized and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was an incredible differential, perfect for moments of relaxation. The hospitality and care for the details made all the difference. For sure, we would return without hesitation. My friend and I wanted to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside and hill areas, Tommaso was very kind and made us find the apartment very clean and very spacious. We also found some breakfast and everything to cook. Even by accident we had left things in the apartment and Tommaso was super helpful to pick them up. Great apartment!!!

Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! The stay in Marco's home was fantastic. It was a beautiful large room equipped with all necessities. A beautiful large bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms. It was a delight to stay here for the night. The family is very nice and is ready to help you or just have a nice chat.❤️ We really enjoyed our stay!

We were so incredibly happy with our stay at Giuliana’s (Ilaria) place. We were in Riccione for the MotoGP and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay over the busy weekend. Ilaria and Luigi were so kind as to print out our tickets for us and had them ready for our check in. They were also so kind as to let us check in very, very late due to flight delays. We also had lost our baggage on our way over to Riccione so we had 0 clothes, 0 toiletries etc. and Ilaria had let us know there was a market nearby on the day after we arrived which we managed to purchase basic clothing and underwear etc, which we don’t think we would have managed to get without this recommendation. We couldn’t recommend them enough and although we had a really difficult trip over, they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful all throughout our stay. Thank you very much, we may be back 😊
