Lovely apartment and lovely host!

The apartment was as advertised . Very clean and in a quiet setting.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

It is a nice apartment with enough place for a family of 4-5 persons. It is not a long walk to the sea. There is a very nice pastry shop in waking distance- Peccati di Gola )

Great apartment with large roof terrace. Easy to find and easy to get around by using Metromare. Close to beach and good restaurants. The communication with Loretta was easy. We will rent this apartment again, if we are in Rimini.

Apartment as described, Host responsive for any of our questions/requests. Perfect area, very close to the sea, easily reachable on foot. I 100% recommend it

Small but comfortable accommodation: very clean, perfectly heated, quiet, with a nice terrace. Finely furnished, a feminine touch is evident. Great solution for a couple. Recommended not only for those who want to enjoy the sea but also for those like us who like to be able to discover the beautiful hinterland. It is located in a strategic location that offers a lot of opportunities.

The apartment is modern and well furnished. Located near the center of Cesena and on a main street to get around everywhere. Very functional and clean. Cesare, the guest, very kind and very helpful and flexible on schedules (also a pleasure for the eyes, have to say so!). The garage is also a real resource. Highly recommended! Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

It was by far the easiest check-in we have ever had. Since a hotel staff checks you in its a bit like staying in a hotel with the beauty of having a 2 story unit with underground parking. We pulled right into the parking garage ($15 Euro extra but worth it.). A breakfast was available to purchase in the morning but we left very early. Very CLEAN place.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
