Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Virginia

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and we were able to enjoy our time knowing our dogs would have space to run around. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting for a weekend trip. The location is great if enjoy wineries and hiking. Again, if you have a dog you will love this place. Look forward to staying here in the future!

We had an amazing time. The area was quiet. I loved that there was a Valentine's theme throughout the home. The home looked like photos and stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay again!

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

The home was clean & comfortable and area was quiet. Great being right on the lake. The range went out during breakfast and a new range was installed that same afternoon.

I stayed at Erin's place for Valentine's Day weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. She graciously allowed an early check-in, which made my stay even more convenient. The property was peaceful, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities I needed to cook both breakfast and dinner. There were no disturbances, making it a truly relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Beverly’s place was peaceful and serene. We felt right at home, and Beverly was friendly and accommodating. Her place was just as described, and we had a relaxing weekend enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery and the cozy fireplace.

Jen’s place is perfect for an escape from the public, while close enough to Shenandoah and Charlottesville and Culpeper for adventures. She was extremely attentive and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. The space was very clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. We felt right at home. We appreciated all the treats and amenities. The neighborhood beautiful and the location fit our needs just right.

I enjoyed my second stay at Jane’s. Jane is always responsive and provides a clean, safe, place to stay.

We had a great stay at Bryson’s place in the Fan. The house is quiet, comfortable, and has lots of historical character. Location is ideal. Bryson and Teri were also great hosts, very quick with helpful responses and suggestions for the neighborhood. Recommend for sure.

The perfect weekend getaway in rva! The place was very clean, cozy, and inviting, with easy check in and check out. The host was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back to stay again :)

I can’t say enough positive things about this Airbnb. I was there for 12 days due to a family emergency, and I was so grateful for such a clean, cozy, safe, and well-appointed place to call home each evening. The kitchen has everything you need - I did extensive cooking for myself and my relative and did not want for any kitchen item. The living room is cozy, couches are super comfy, and the tv is huge! The bedroom is also cozy with a work station, large tv, laundry and large closet. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The bathroom is large and has hair and body products as well as a hair dryer. I love that there is a microbrewery on property - the staff there are awesome and there’s pinball and board games. They have early hours as I’m sure to keep from disturbing residents. But it’s a great place to unwind after a stressful day. The parking is on-site and easy and felt safe. You can park in their lot or on the street. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m back!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the property! The view is absolutely stunning. The goats were friendly and so cute. Michelle was responsive and left clear instructions as well as some local recommendations. The property is ~1 mile down any paved road and can be a bit difficult to find at night. However, it added to the country feel! We had absolutely no issues during our stay and would return in the future!

The cabin was a perfect getaway for a long weekend. Beautiful views and very private. Our dog had a blast too.

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Our pups loved running through the creek, and listening to the running water while drinking coffee in the morning was pure perfection. This place is a hidden gem, and we will definitely be back!

Booked Kayla's place for a solo trip to unwind and relax. I didn't venture out to explore the surroundings at all, but instead enjoyed being cozy on the couch and relaxing in the hot tub. The place was pristinely clean, the furniture was stylish and comfortable, and the place felt very homey. It was nice that she provides coffee and shampoo and conditioner, particularly because I forgot to pack all of those things. Though the cabin is pretty private, there are two houses visible from the cabin (including one from the back porch / deck / firepit) which made it feel a little less private, particularly since there are no window coverings on those beautiful multi-story windows facing the back. Also note that the main bedroom is a loft, so there is no door (not a problem for me since I was solo). Overall, a very comfortable stay in a charming and cozy cabin, and Kayla was very communicative. I will definitely visit again and next time explore the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed The Pickle cabin. It was all we needed for a peaceful night with our pup. It's out in the country and we loved the quiet.

The cabin was awesome! The fireplace was warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Our dog loved the big, fenced yard. We didn't get to enjoy the deck because it was so cold; however. the deck is a great! The sound of the creek was peaceful. I recommend this cabin to everyone staying in the area!

Caleb and family, we will be back. our oldest Daughter works outside Smithfield in the Horse industry and this was a perfect spot for is to have a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway!

I stayed here with my son for an extended weekend, mostly just to escape the chaos of life for a few days. The cabin is beautiful and I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I will definitely come back to this place when I need to escape life again! And, when I did have questions, Amelia was very quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed there with another couple for an extended weekend. The place had everything we needed. The he drive to the cabin was a bit challenging because of recent snow fall. Definitely plan to drive an AWD/4WD vehicle. On our last night, we lost power from another snow storm, but made the best of the situation. The owner kept in contact with us throughout and offered another additional night that we sadly declined. I would definitely stay here again!
