Monthly Rentals in Vermilion

Wow! I just spent six weeks at this sweet home and loved it! It was bright and clean, well furnished and the host was wonderful. She checked in on me periodically and was extremely easy to reach when needed. The house had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. I had never been to the area before and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of getting from the house to anywhere else I could want to go. The neighborhood was quiet and the train was a non-issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is larger than it looks in the photographs and has plenty of common space to share time with friends and family.

My husband says the first thing that pops into his head when he thinks about Andrew is “attentive to our needs”. We stayed her cottage for an extended stay for work. With our Kat— from just before thanksgiving to just after the New Year. We had no issues at all. We weren’t utilizing the lake as a getaway, but it was quiet and serene and — should work repeat next year for this event— I would stay there again.

Clean, cute, and comfortable! Perfect for 2 people. Location was excellent for our needs. Two possible negatives - the bathroom doesn’t have a regular door, it’s an accordion sliding panel, and the heating has a thermostat that is not easy to regulate. These things are not unusual for a small cottage, and once we got the heat stabilized we were fine. The owners were very easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises! Super convenient to grocery store, and several restaurants/retailers. Vermillion has a quaint little town to explore, and of course Cedar Point is not far.

Great host and place. This is the second time I've stayed at Diane's property while visiting family in the area. The location and space are very quiet and private, and Diane is accommodating and responsive. After staying there, I have no interest in staying anywhere else. Lovely!
