This loft was the perfect landing spot for a wedding weekend at Marblehead. It was within minutes of everything we wanted to do and see. It felt like coming back home - plenty of space to relax and so cozy and peaceful.

We loved staying here for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the local wineries and sitting on the deck in the evening watching the sunset!

Diana was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was in a safe area with blinds and blackout curtains to provide added privacy. The well-maintained house was comfortable and close enough to the park and beach for daily walks with our dog. The home even provided supplies like crate and waste bags for your pet. The noise from the busy street was not even noticeable inside the home. We have heard train noise in all homes where we have stayed (even our family) over the years - it’s just a given in the area. This home has the best insulation and I only noticed the train twice while sleeping. The heat works great and we even set the thermostat 5 degrees lower than we keep it at home. We plan to make this our first choice for future visits.

A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at It’s a Shore thing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Tracy, who provided clear instructions and was incredibly accommodating throughout my stay The place itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. I especially loved the , which added a special touch to my experience The location was fantastic—conveniently situated near major retail stores. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which made my stay even more enjoyable Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This home is so comfortable and cozy and decorated to the nines. Sitting on the large couch by the fire and looking outside at the ice-covered lake was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dining at the big harvest table. The bed, although a bit of a small space for my tall husband, was extremely comfy as were the pillows! It's just a short drive to the wineries but we didn't want to be gone too long as we wanted to enjoy the house. There was a technical issue with the television, and the host had informed us even before we arrived. She was very apologetic and offered tech support to come out and fix it. This home is beyond fabulous and I can't wait to visit it again and again!

This home is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We loved our stay and if we return to Sandusky, we’ll definitely stay again!

Mary Sue’s cottage is clean, comfortable, cozy, and charming with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the lake. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We enjoyed biking to Ure’s for a delicious country-style breakfast, touring a local winery and brewery, and visiting several quaint neighboring towns. The Salty Dog in Amherstburg should not be missed! Another fun weekend find was the Polish Beach Club, which is a unique back-yard authentic restaurant on a private stretch of sandy beach. We wished we’d had access to kayaks or a paddle boat; but all in all, it was a lovely stay, and Mary Sue was a wonderful host!

Breanna’s place was decorated for holiday season, lots of fairy lights and Christmas decorations. The place has everything you need. Spotless clean, lots of board game and books, VERY cozy, great wifi, smart TV, well maintained Hot tub and amazing view & sunrise. 10/10 would visit again.
