We had a peaceful weekend at this property! Even though it’s remote, it has free broadband, which was a bonus. The area isn’t crowded, so our dog could roam freely off-leash, and the secure fencing let us relax without worry. This place is great for pet parents and anyone wanting a quiet break from city life. The caretaker Milind arranged tasty Konkan meals from a local dhaba, delivered right to us. We even spotted a peacock in the early morning – a lovely surprise! Host Ankita was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a nature-filled getaway.

Felt like home. Studio Apartment. Neat & Clean with required amenities. Peaceful surrounding. My Kitty settled immediately & was very happy. Tasty home cooked food. Ultra responsive host took good care of all needs. Clear instructions on whats app & pre trip phone call. Host was always at our disposal for everything we need. Staff available are very helpful & responsible. Wish to visit again in monsoon.Worth every penny spent.

Stayed at Mangesh’s place for 2 days. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful from his home. We could see a mango orchard, the hills, and the beach all from his home. I think his home’s location is the best among all the neighborhoods. The beach is nearby. It’s not an isolated place; it’s more like a small society. A vegetable and fruit shop is also nearby. The society is on a steep hill (but this makes it a perfect location for sea and hill views). He recommended a nice auto driver, Yogesh, to us. We used Yogesh’s auto for the entire 2 days. The home is clean and spotless. There is also a canteen in the same location for food. And the most beautiful thing is that you can see both the hill and the sea from his home. I highly recommend it to every couple and family. We got into trouble with some local people, and Mangesh went out of his way to help us. We didn’t expect a host to help us that much! It’s definitely more than just an Airbnb for us.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.
