Our stay was amazing and very peaceful. The location was super convenient with a wine shop right underneath and scooties for hire next door. Lipy was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. And the ocean view from the balcony was the cherry on top. Will definitely visit again!

very nice place. clean. residencial area. stayed here during our india tour. got the feel and see the real gwalior. multiple restaurants near by. shrey is very friendly and agave us nice suggestions for our trip in gwalior and also for further trip of orcha and jhansi. the special chiki given by uncle was really Good. and finally the tea prepared Aunty was awesome and the chit chat with the family we had all will be memorable moments of gwalior and our trip. thanks.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa 13 in Cavelossim. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, and even more beautiful in person. It is fantastically equipped with all the essential amenities, beautiful wooden furniture, an easy-to-use kitchen, spacious and spotless bathrooms with plenty of space for toiletries, and wonderfully designed bedrooms. The host had also kindly provided some kitchen basics to get us started, like bottled water, bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk, and eggs, and this was hugely appreciated. The villa is in an excellent location with the gorgeous Sal river flowing beside it, and the beautiful Cavelossim beach less than a 10-minute walk away. We had a supermarket very close by (1-min walk, outside the villa complex gates), lots of restaurants and shops (within a 5-10-min walk), roadside food and clothing stalls, and a few lovely beach shacks with sun loungers and yummy, inexpensive food. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more, it was perfect.

We booked the place for a week and absolutely loved the stay. To start with the property has location advantage, considerably close to tourist points, grocery store right outside the complex gate and the best are the neighbours. Coming to the property, it is exactly as seen in picture ( rather much better 🤭), place is clean and all the facilities working perfectly. But cherry on the top is the hospitality, sir and his daughters are very soft spoken and welcoming. Sir even went a step ahead to ensure our stay is memorable, he arranged for our pickup and drop to airport and one can find all the details regarding transport inside the property only and sir sends a list of places to visit. All in all when one books this place its so hassel free and smooth that the entire stay is just bliss.

Homely feel, good place in budget. Host provided detailed instructions and with lots of good recommendations that would make your stay carefree. Thanks:)

Yuvraj is a great host, he is friendly and his house was cosy and warmth which reflected his personality! His mom was the one who checked us in and she was really sweet and welcoming. It felt a home away from home! Since we were three girls on a girls trip we did leave the place a bit dirty and he was really sweet about it and didn’t make us feel bad about it! This is our go to destination in Jaipur from now on, and I can’t wait to visit soon! Cherry on the top, this place has a wonderful lake view and is in close vicinity of all the popular spots Jaipur has to offer. Also a very safe and secure locality. Don’t blink, just book!!! Amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The location was peaceful and quiet. We especially loved cozy balcony, stunning view and thoughtful touches. Communication was smooth and prompt, making the entire experience hassle-free. Highly recommend staying here; we’ll definitely be back!

The property is just in the heart of the city, Kashi Vishwanath was just 2km away and e-rikshaw are available just 20m away. Property wad extremely spacious abd clean. All the basic amenities were available. Overall we were very much satisfied with the stay. Ine bonus factor was Jaspreet’s availability and guidance that made the stay even more convenient.

This apartment is right in the center of the most happening neighborhood in Mysore. It’s very safe and walking distance to most places. Vikram was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Ratna would be there every morning to make sure the house is clean, helped us with our laundry and trash. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to rent this in the future.
