Monthly Rentals in University Park

We really enjoyed our 3 month stay. Walking distance to everything & biking trail 15 min ride to White Rock Lake. Gretchen was a very responsive host if any questions asked. Flat was so roomy & comfortable and nice working kitchen. Bottom floor with out door patio was so nice when Dallas weather permit-able to enjoy outside. I would highly recommend this property , especially long stay ❤️🙌

This was a lovely place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from SMU. Walkable to both the SMU campus and Greenville Ave’s restaurants, and a short Uber into the city. The apartment was clean, bright and quiet. We loved the Dallas themed art work. The bed and linens were great. We will definitely stay here when we visit Dallas again!

The property was awesome. Exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, and close to public transit.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We live locally, and needed a place to live while our home was finishing being built. With the location walking distance to the pool, kids park, lake, and yes, the Tom Thumb grocery store. All this made our choice very easy. Not to mention we had everything needed, full size laundry, full kitchen, and large tv for the kids when not in school to enjoy. Great air-conditioning and a quiet neighborhood too. Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed our one month stay!
