Fantastic location and communication! it was great being right by the stadium!

Really enjoyed Sophia’s place we had 13 guests celebrating my birthday. The heated pool was awesome but it does cost extra and it does take awhile to heat up but we all comfortably swam all day it was 70 and sunny in the middle of December. You also have to text her to get the hot tub and lights turned on and off. Some minor things came up and Sophia was very fast to reply and help us with everything we needed. The couch was awesome, 3 people slept comfortably on it. Thankfully we brought an air mattress cause there was only 6 beds for 13 people but overall had a great time and would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Stay here!!!! If you only read those two words, then I’ve done this stay justice. This stay offered impeccable hospitality coupled with beautiful surroundings. The host showed the upmost concern for detail and guest enjoyment and despite a hiccup in the initial reservation, the host made up for it in strides. Just a few examples include a Yeti filled to the brim with delicious adult beverages, and a private beautiful resort style pool to enjoy the day lounging in. Above all else, the host had a surprise birthday cake delivered for my son who was celebrating his 16th birthday this weekend. Special shout out to both Kayli and Charaka who made us feel like friends upon arrival and family upon departure. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I loved Taylor's AirBnB. The astroturf in the backyard made pet clean-up a breeze, if you are bringing pets. Taylor was responsive and helpful. The furnishings were almost too nice we found ourselves covering them with blankets and sheets to keep them in pristine condition with our animals. Great place for couples, adults, or solo travelers. The neighborhood is quaint and the calls of the Peacocks are super fun. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This house was renovated really well. It was comfortable and very cute. I would definitely recommend it if the location works.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The location of this apartment was perfect, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It also felt very safe with the key code access to the apartment. I was very happy with our accommodations. I do think people should know this part of downtown Dallas has a large homeless population, and there is a fair amount of crime. This has nothing to do with this host or this listing. We were thrilled with our stay given that we needed to be in this area so we could walk to the convention center. However, this area of downtown may not be your best option if you are open to staying in other neighbirhoods.

Timothy’s home is a perfect place for a family to spend their vacation. It’s clean, furnished well, easy to find, and located in a nice neighborhood. You’ll be happy you stayed there.

Tiffaney was so wonderful and easy to work with and the house was perfect for our trip. So close to everything that you could possibly need. Also the beds and pillows we really comfortable which made the nights feel like home.

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

Tim an awesome host! He was incredibly responsive and helpful. This is our second time booking this house, and we will be back in the future. We were in town for work, and it can be challenging when a crew is together all day, and they have to stay together temporarily. This house provided a bit of a reprieve after long work days, and helped our guys so much.

This could not have been a better experience for our group event. Extremely roomy and very well appointed home, coupled with the most friendly owner I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this property!

I would re-book this airbnb all over again. Comfortable,Great Neighbor & peaceful. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. This was my family best choice. Again a Strong (5) Star🌟

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

Alfredo's place was nicer in person, though the photos looked great. Host was very prompt with communication, flexible when we needed to stay an extra night - even offered to resupply us. Getting in was easy, neighborhood was safe and friendly. Super happy with this choice!

We had an extended stay (over 3 months) due to home renovation’s. David made our stay so easy. He was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us. His home feels like home. The kitchen is big and easy to use (love the gas oven and stove), the master bathroom is huge and comfy (especially for 2 adults living there for such a long time) and having an open living/dining area was wonderful. This is a terrific space for a long term stay. The home has great amenities…cozy beds, lots of towels, lots of cleaning items, great washer/dryer, etc. Well equipped. And David makes life EASY!!! He is a marvelous host.

Comfortable with charm and had everything needed for the stay . Comfortable bed and had both blinds and drapes for sleeping in. Really enjoyed staying there.

Traveling to the area with my dog for the holidays this house was exactly what I needed. Elbert responded timely to any of my questions with clear directions. After being involved in a car crash in the area, he was considerate and understanding of my situation. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Little musty smell at first smelled like it had been clean. Really thoroughly went away after a day or 2.
