We loved our stay. Pierre was so attentive and the place was immaculate. Plus the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

It was a very pleasant stay and the Lugar is very nice, the common areas are very clean and the staff was very kind, I recommend it 100%.

We had a great weekend at the Strade Bianche race. The accommodation is in the center, a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. Clean and well-maintained spaces... the only flaw is the improved soundproofing. Highly recommended anyway

This place is like something out of a movie! It's so beautiful and relaxing, it's much more than just a place to stay. The unique history and charm of this home is amazing. This is my 2nd stay and when I travel back to Italy in the future, I hope to stay there again. Thank you Bice and Anna for your wonderful hospitality and for sharing your place with visitors!

Clean and cozy room with pleasant breakfast included in the price. The bed and breakfast is well cared for and is in a great location in the center of Orvieto, easy to visit just on foot. Very helpful and friendly hosts and collaborators. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place and would definitely recommend to others

I made a same day arrival booking, Cristina was faultless last minute and late arrival all managed without fuss very clear instructions to get here. we landed in Bologna Airport and had a 2 hour drive so would suggest Pisa Airport as we left from there (1 hour drive). stunning setting, immaculate inside and out, very relaxing atmosphere. breakfast was fantastic a great selection well balanced. Cristina and her team are amazing 👏 ❤️. NOTES: have a car it is remote...ensure phones location is on precise, mine wasn't and it struggled to find the place....but my phones fault not Cristinas. we will be back !

Beautiful views that make you no longer want to move. Super located, beautiful landscape on every side. The pool is clean and tidy. Lots of space for walking, safe for children who ran around the property on their own. Elevations are pleasant, which makes cycling easier. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and a big plus. Great contact with the owner, she was very helpful, she responded very quickly to any doubts if they appeared, explained right away. I recommend the place! I'll be sure to go back :)

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

I'd give this place a million stars if I could. The room and bathroom were huge, views from every single window were incredible, and the property itself is just magical. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable. There's a gorgeous natural pool that I would've loved to use but it was too cold. There's a daily changing multi-course dinner menu cooked by a chef on site for evenings we didn't feel like going out to eat. The staff was harvesting olives from their trees when we were checking out. They let us participate and shared their process with us. I loved taking home a bottle of olive oil and other products they make with produce grown directly on the property. I spent three weeks traveling throughout Italy, staying a multiple places, and this was my favorite place by far. Thank you to Lorenzo and family for such an incredible stay!

Beautiful “farm stay” style accommodation in Tuscany. It was very cosy and they made you feel right at home. We particularly loved the cooking class and onsite restaurant. Special mention to the staff and the three cute cats. We will be back!

Our experience staying at Castello di San Fabiano was a highlight of our trip! The castle and grounds are beautiful and homey, just like the photos. It is truely an experience to stay at a castle that is over 400 years old. Giovanni and his family were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He and his family know the area very well, and their recommendations especially helped us get the most out of our time in Tuscany. The breakfasts were also delicious and included some local produce (including some from the property) and visits from the family’s cute dogs! We would plan to come back to Tuscany partly just for this special place :)

Very pleasantly surprised, the place was clean and very convenient. The garden is not private but the way it is designed makes us think that we are alone. Not overlooked, small functional kitchen. I recommend it!

Hands down one of the most incredible places we've ever stayed. The position and view is out of this world - right on the edge of a cliff, totally private, edge of the Mediterranean. Wonderful position half way between Vernazza and Corniglia - so you can enjoy the trek to either, and then retreat to this magical place. The flat itself was modern, comfortable with everything you need. The drive to get here is quite the adventure - but absolutely worth it for the extraordinary magic of this location. We would give this 6 stars if we could!

A Memorable Stay ! I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views. Whether you’re enjoying the view from the Pool, the room, or the garden, the scenery is simply spectacular. A highlight was the guided tour of the property, which gave us a deeper appreciation for its history. You can feel the passion and care that have gone into maintaining this place. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay – absolutely delicious, with many homemade items that made it extra special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, offering so much more than meets the eye. It’s the perfect place to relax, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. I can highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, little seen of the environment. We were in transit and arrived late. Easy to check in. Breakfast is self service and great. I've never had such an extensive choice in Italy. I can recommend this stay to everyone.

The road for the last 5 kilometers to the villa is uphill on a narrow path. It is not recommended to drive at night.

Maria Livia was immediately kind and helpful and did not hesitate to meet us if needed. The place exceeded our expectations, being much more spacious than we thought, with clean and tidy spaces. If we go back to the area we will definitely come back here!

i was very happy with Florentia's welcome. The environment is really delicious. There's everything you need. The bottle of Chianti was very much appreciated as a welcome. Highly recommended.
