Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Elena’s apartment was the perfect location to fulfil our dream of spending a week in the hills of Tuscany. We enjoyed the beauty of the countryside while being a short drive from the amenities in Empoli. This is a BEAUTIFUL property!!! Elena was in contact days before our arrival with a welcome message and answers to all of my questions- restaurants, transportation, activities. She met us when we arrived to assist with a quick check in. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a local grocery store and bar just down the hill. We were incredibly grateful for the pool- it was always clean and refreshing. It made the 40 degree days with no A/C bearable. Thanks for a great stay, Elena!

I highly recommend this place to people looking for peace and quiet. The apartments are well-equipped, with everything you need (even for cooking!). We took the apartment from the street, but we didn't mind (it's still on the first floor with a terrace and from the garden) because there is a maximum of one car per day on the street, and at night there are beautiful views of the sky. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the price, you have to pay extra for it. Great pool with sunbathing areas, tables, there are also tables in the shade. If you need to do laundry - no problem, they provide a washing machine. There are not many places to walk, sightseeing involves a trip to the nearest cities, but there is an amazing, family-owned restaurant (La dogana) on the same street that I recommend to use!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Carmen and Giorgio's home in the Tuscan hills. Such kind and gentle couple, so welcoming with generous gifts of tomatoes and grapes from their garden. Nothing was too much trouble and they were eager to check we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. After mornings spent exploring we loved returning to a peaceful afternoon in the tranquillity of the garden. We would not hesitate in recommending their home as the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Thank you so much.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

Our son was with his trainer for 1 week in Castel San Pietro Terme. They loved Cristina's place and really enjoyed their stay there. Cristina was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We definitely recommend it. If we are in the area again, we would be very happy to book with Cristina again.

Maria and Frederico are very accommodating and helpful hosts. Communication with Maria always worked out great. The pool and apartment are very well maintained. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you could ask for for 4 adults and three children. The gravel path to the house is a bit adventurous, which we already knew beforehand and unfortunately the area around the house could not really be explored on foot due to the many obstacles and the heat. But we had a wonderful time in Bucine.

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.
