Beautiful medieval Tower structure, but the the small apartment was in the old cow stable so not as nice as the outside pictured. The inside is clean cute and quaint, just know you are not staying on the tower and no view from the room really. Had a great experience going to a local restaurant, taxi is about 30euro to and from, or a 10 min walk to the bus.

The accommodation is very suitable for two families. You can enjoy the time together or enjoy your peace and quiet in quiet places in the tower or in the garden. The swimming beach at the tower is ideally suited for both small and large children. Both the adults and the children felt very comfortable here. The view from the tower is phenomenal.

This was our first trip to Tuscany and a friend had recommended staying in or new San Gimignano. I found this place and thought it looked like the perfect combination of modern and historic Italy. It was. The place had everything we needed, including a washer AND dryer (perfect for a long trip when we needed to do laundry). The kitchen was well equipped but Americans, please note: There is no American-type coffee maker. No problem if you know how to use a Bialetti (which we do). There's also a local grocery story – the Coop – which had everything we needed, including coffee for the Bialetti. There are also several cafes right in the piazza that have great caffe latte and cappuccino. There are a lot of stairs not really a problem for us; we walk a lot. It added to the charm because it put us up high and the rooftop terrace was wonderful. Amazing views. VERY comfortable beds. Ideal central location for day trips. Go to Bel Soggiorno for dinner at least one night. All in all, terrific.

The stay was wonderful! Something very special with stunning views of the sea! The location in the Rocca is stunning and in the village downstairs you get everything you need. There are also wonderful beaches (one within walking distance, a 10-minute drive). Everything worked out perfectly and if we needed anything, Valerio was always available. In addition, Giovanni is always on site and is very helpful and nice. We will be happy to come back!

Lucrezia's house is really very beautiful, stone and wood elements give a warm and familiar atmosphere. The private terrace overlooking the rooftops of Suvereto is very evocative. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the very spacious bedroom, a romantic nest, very comfortable bed. Impeccable cleanliness, very kind and helpful host. Calidario thermal baths are about ten minutes away by car. Our favorite restaurant is La Loggia del Banchelli. Very cordial and friendly people live in the timeless village of Suvereto, whose enchanting alleys are also loved by cats, one more beautiful than the other, lovers like us of silence and peace.

The Tower of Sant'Arcangelo Abbey - "I BALCONI"

Just the views of lake Trasimeno from the balcony make this apartment worth while, but on top of that there is the amazing abbey from the year 1100 in which the apartment is located, the beautiful pool and grounds. Not suitable for people who have difficulty walking, because the apartment has a few height differences and therefore steps. An apartment for those who appreciate old authentic buildings, peace and tranquility and a beautiful view of the countryside.
