Family-friendly holiday rentals in Turgutköy Köyü

We were a group of 8 and we had a wonderful time staying at Aristotelis’s place. It was very close to the beach and to the old city. Aristotelis was a very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!!

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

We had the most wonderful stay in the lower part of Milias house. I want to be there now! We ate breakfast by the sea every morning and loved sitting outside in the evenings watching the boats and listening to the chatter and gentle music in the harbour. Our two kids loved splashing in the sea right outside, playing in the boat sofa, climbing the tree and being spoilt by the lovely neighbours. It was a little slice of heaven.

We stayed in the house with a group of friends and was a great stay. Murat was pretty helpful during our stay. Would love to be back.

Ms. Defne and her husband, Mr. Nail, were very interested from the first greeting. Everything needed was available at home. It was amazing to have the house itself, the view, the location, the cleanliness, its own pool. We even had a day of peace at home and in the pool without going out for 1 day:) Landing to the beach, restaurants, shopping places were within walking distance. The advice about the restaurant and area provided by Ms. Defne was great. We left the house with our good memories. I'm definitely thinking about coming back. It was a holiday that deserved the full amount of money for us. Thank you so much 🙏

Ufuk is a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and check out. His place has a spectacular view that photos won't do justice. it's a 15 min drive to Dalyan where you can get restaurants, shops, boats, tours, etc. The pool was a little cold but it was March. Similarly the first two nights got a little cold but there is heating. There was nothing that required us to seek Ufuk's help during our stay but he was very responsive and I'm sure he would have come to help if we needed.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Villa Ricolas was the perfect finish to five weeks in the Med, though it was a total wrench to leave. Four courtyards each with a different vignette of Symi Harbour and the ocean. Decorated to perfection in a Grecian/Ottoman Style, felt like I was Helen Miriam in Pascali ‘s Island (hopefully with a better end). We were only two but could easily house six( three ensuited doubles), though the upper floor is the most romantic / scenic level, so you’d have to flip a coin. The outdoor kitchen and dining are great. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough time to enjoy every outdoor living space to the upmost. We rented a scooter which was great for two Kiwi 60-year-old ands made getting up and down to the harbour a breeze. We also enjoyed exploring the rest of the Island. The Chora area is a great respite from the day-trippers down at the harbour (reclaim it at night when they have gone). Two good restaurants are Giorgio and Maria and Zoe Taverna. A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

First of all, we rented a house to stay and met two incredible hosts. They welcomed us as if we were their family. It was a chance for us to get to know Mr. Asan and Ms. Nuran. The house has an extraordinary view, we felt very comfortable and peaceful. They helped us a lot about the places we could visit. We were happy to meet this beautiful house and beautiful hosts because we went to Izmir.

If you hanker for ‘old style Greece’ you will love this authentic house as much as we did.

Maroula’s house is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of five. Great bedrooms, wonderful views and fully equipped with everything we needed. Maroula is a wonderful host who met us from the boat and gave us excellent local dining tips. Would love to have stayed longer here.

Marina was an excellent host. The house was even larger than I had anticipated, and the location was incredible. It was just a 3-minute walk to popular beach clubs and nice restaurants, and a 20-minute walk to the ferry port. The house was clean, and the beds were genuine large-size beds, not two twins pushed together, making them very comfortable. Although it was July and extremely hot outside, the air conditioning kept the house cool. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rhodes. Thanks, Marina!

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

The island of Symi is wonderful ... our accommodation was optimal to experience the village, close to the port and all amenities, restaurants and clubs in a quiet location. I highly recommend a stay at Alessia's.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Everything was great except the internet connection which was not stable and strong. Fully recommended.

Lovely villa in a good location, easy walking distance to the local shops, town centre and some great restaurants on the river overlooking the Kaunos rock tombs. The pool and garden are the best part of the villa, lots of shade with lovely mature trees, shrubs and flowers. Other reviewers mention the road noise but it's not excessive and you quickly get used to it until you don't notice it. 5 double bedrooms, all ensuite, perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 3 small children. Our host, Ozgure, was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any small issues we had, adding to the great holiday we enjoyed.

My wife and daughter and I had a very comfortable, comfortable and beautiful holiday. We had a calm and peaceful stay in an extremely beautiful stone villa. The 3 villas inside are far enough from each other to provide you with a private space. The pool in the middle is very clean and daily maintenance and cleaning. Ms. Vera is warm and helpful. It brings together German quality and Turkish hospitality. You arrive right away when you need it. Other than that, it doesn't seem like much. It gives you a lot of space to experience your private time. Their approach was very pleasant. There is no need to tell you about the Orhaniye experience. Max. half an hour everywhere. The world's most beautiful bays…

Eeva was a very nice host. She was quick to help with everything. Before she left, she had made a thoughtful preparation until her treats. We loved his house and provided a sheltered holiday in the pine forests. We hope to see you again next year and have finished our vacation. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
