Thank you to the hosts and residents I had a lot of fun during my stay. Everyone was very helpful when I had questions and I felt safe in a gated area but also had everything nearby which was so convenient :)

Hee's apartment in Thao Dien is great. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable, and well located. There is a big mall with many shops and a supermarket right next to the building. The neighborhood Thao Dien also has many restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, etc. Hee was good with communication, friendly, and flexible when possible. Access to the area is easy: in addition to taxis and Grab, there is a bus stop very close with buses that go to many places in the city including the airport (with one transfer). when the metro system begins service, there is a stop right by the apartment. strong recommendation.

Thai was a great host who was always responsive and helpful Thai’s place had access to a gym and pool, and is surrounded by plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring Ho Chi Minh.

Good accommodation in a very good location especially if you are not very Vietnamese food and you miss Western dishes. Very good restaurant nearby and superb supermarket filled with international brand to cook at home. The setting is relatively quiet for Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam. Washing machine on the ground floor is convenient. The only downside is that there are not a lot of cooking utensils.
